Service agents arrived on time with a call before to let us know they were coming. We did a granite counter clean/polish, rug cleaning, and grout cleaning. 4.0 on my scale. Good work, reasonable price, came in did the job, cleaned up and it LOOKED GOOD! Bravo. We couldn't find another company to do all this in one visit.

All natural, no chemicals and it works! Our stains were removed and everything (carpets and upholstery) looked clean. Also, no fragrance was a plus!

I was expecting a better result based on all the reviews that I had heard. given the amount of money that I spent on the 2 couches I cleaned, I didn't think the results were reflective of the cost to clean. To make things right, I would either expect some kind of additional discount to the service I paid for,or even better,an additional visit to try to improve the results on the couches.

The stains did not come out completely and the carpet had a stiff feel to it afterwards

There's a difference between cleaning the areas that are shown (i.e., not under furniture) and the areas that you see with your eye. For example, the bedroom door was not pushed shut to clean the filthy dirty area behind the door. There were other areas that I thought a simple lightweight object could have been moved to clean under.
Also, after the cleaning there was a clump of dirt (bird poop) found on the hardwood floors.
I am so sorry you were not happy with your cleaning provided by Zerorez . I remember this booking because of it being an emergency with the bird getting in your home and being able to get to your home on the day you called. As hard as we try to make each and every customer happy, regrettably sometimes we can't do that for everyone. We hope if you ever need cleaning again you would consider Zerorez.
