Good communication. The employees were on time, dressed nice and were very professional.
I'm really impressed that the spot cleaning process immediately removed stains that I've never been able to remove. And then the cleaning process after that really brightened up the (disaster area) carpet. Also while playing with the dog after the cleaning the carpet had no odor at all. All in all I'm completly satisfied with the process and the technician who cleaned my carpet. Thanks.

There was no smell from the cleaning. The pet stain smell is totally gone. Had guest come in two days later and were surprise I had pets. The carpet feels amazing. I will be callng you back to come and do another room for me.
