The technician was very pleasant to work with. The fact that only water and natural products are used made me comfortable with this company as I have a child and dog in the house. I know the products are safe!
The technician, John, has a great client service attitude. He explained my options clearly. There was a lot of dirt on the carpet that previous companies were unable to remove but after Zerorez cleaned it the carpet looked better than it had in years.
