Fast drying and courteous service!

I thought the carpet was beyond cleanable after so many years, but the Zerorez process did an amazing job. The service technician was one of the nicest contract/service technicians I've ever had do work in my home.

I am very happy with the cleaning of my carpets. The only thing I didn't expect was how long it took to dry. Now, knowing that, I'll take that into account when I have them cleaned the next time.

The fact that it is chemical free! I have sensitivities to chemicals. It also got my carpets cleaner than the last time I had the carpet cleaned by a regular carpet cleaner using chemicals.

High traffic areas still show quite a bit of dirt. I've never used Zerorez but the commercials sold me on it. I expected it to get those areas cleaner.

I like how the product is administered without chemicals and just a true deep water cleaning to the carpet. I like how john and Marcus handled the detailed areas of carpet cleaning in my house. I also like they technically explained their product in terms of its full value to my particular application. If you care to promote, please just use J. Robb as my name.
