We try very hard to arrive during the estimated time frame given over the phone during the booking process, however, sometimes due to the size of the previous job or traffic, we may arrive late. This is why we have the technician call you 30 minutes prior to his arrival to let you know he's on the way and also the reason why we have our Dispatch Center contact you as early as possible to keep you informed in case he is delayed.

36 hours later and our carpet is still damp.
Thank you very much for your feedback regarding your recent cleaning experience with us. Drying time for carpets is dependent on a number of factors including temperature and humidity of the area. Given that we have had very humid days, it is likely causing the extension of our typical drying times. We recommend using ceiling fans if you have them and turning down your A/C to around 70 or 72 to ensure that cool air is circulating through the area and allowing it to dry the carpets.

You need a device to get into the edges. The edges are what make the rug look old and dirty.

My only issue is that I mentioned the ad I heard on the radio that said it would cost $39 a room and that is not what we were charged. But otherwise, pretty pleased with how fast you were able to get it done. Thanks!

Carpets aren't very clean--- still several spots, dirt etc. We have them cleaned annually and they usually get significantly cleaner from other companies.

We own two large dogs and a cat. We also own two of the best vacuum cleaners on the market. Dyson and Shark. We vacuumed prior to arrival of zerorez. I was amazed at the amount of dog hair that was produced during the cleaning process. It looked like we never vacuumed. It was truly deep cleaned. Also, we had the carpets cleaned by another company 4 months ago and the stains returned within two days. There is no comparison. Zerorez is definitely the better more thorough of the two. The 23 year old carpet looks brand new. No stains returned. Amazing! Also the technician was polite, professional, and arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time. All around pleasant experience. A customer for life!
