Carpets were clean. No residual chemical smell. On the down side, it took more like 12 to 14 hours for the carpet to dry.
Thank you for the nice review. Usually the carpets will be dry in about 2 to 4 hours, with the humidity drying times have been longer. We are sorry that it took so long but glad you do like the results.

Scheduling the appointment and getting an itemized quote was extremely easy. When the technician, Luis, arrived we discussed our desires and concerns. He explained the details of the service, used a black light to confirm some of our concerns for problem areas in our rental home, and quickly adjusted the itemized quote based upon the specifics we discussed. He was extremely courteous and informed us of different and notable parts throughout the cleaning per our request. Also, once he was done, he walked the entire home with us to ensure he work was completed to our satisfaction. A phenomenal job well done.

I love the fact that harsh soaps and detergents aren't used, and that the rugs and upholstered pieces are safe for kids and pets.

No chemicals

The results were impressive. Although the carpeting is only four years old, we had a few stubborn stains that Zero Rez was able to eliminate.

I was not told of the additional cost for a contraption that was used for my carpet cleaning. I was called and told it would be used, but the caller left out the part about the additional charge. I do not like surprises AFTER the work was done. I was impressed with the cost when I received my quote. Now, I'm not and will share with others that this type of surprise occurs.
Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent cleaning experience with us. We are sorry that you were surprised by the additional cost for the use of portable equipment. The estimates that are given over the phone are just that; estimates. We do try to be as up front as possible with our pricing. In your case, since you were on the 12th floor, it did require us to use portable equipment since we are a truck-mounted system and our hoses are unable to reach that high. The fee is charged due to the fact that the equipment that is required is very heavy and more labor intensive. In reviewing the recordings of the call, it appears that you rushed the Customer Care Representative off the phone because you were in the middle of a party. However, the pricing is listed in the confirmation email that you received so there shouldn't have been any surprises with the additional fee.
We appreciate your business and the feedback and will look at how we can use it to better our procedures.

We have brand new carpet (as in installed last month), and our dog got a UTI and kept having accidents that we couldn't clean ourselves (the odor lingered). Then our son burst a blue ice pack on the carpet! It was time to call in the experts. Not only did they eliminate the pet urine odor and any trace of visible stain, they also managed to get out the blue stain that I thought would never come out! I'm also thrilled that their cleaning method is safe around pets and kids. Best carpet cleaning service I've ever experienced, and at a reasonable price.

Your technicians are your best asset. Both Luis Padilla (first visit) and Vincent Teckenbrock (second visit) listened to our needs, explained the process and worked hard. Can't beat that.
