I liked that the cleaning was very successful, despite the stains being there for quite some time. Also liked that it was able to be done without using harmful chemicals and that they did not have to use our water. Was slightly disappointed that the marble floor in one of our bathrooms was not able to be done, but understand why that was the case. Great job though and would not only recommend them to friends, but will probably have them come back to do additional rooms.

Carpets were cleaned without fragrance, no stickiness or stiffness, dried relatively quickly.
Carpets look and feel clean and there is no lingering odor.

The technicians were professional and helpful with my furniture however for $916 my floors were not as clean as I expected. A cleaning crew would have done just as good of a job for a fraction of the price.

Stains didn't come out... not sure why didn't try to go over with pretreat and clean again just those few areas... that's what we paid for. And to think I'd have to pay $65 again for stain treatment is terrible. We wanted the carpets cleaned only because of the stains. Should've been done right the first time!

Maybe have better black lights for pet stains. I still see (and smell) some stains because my guys light wasn't that great.
Also maybe check the sales ticket before your guys get to the house so he doesn't have to break the news that the office made a mistake and I really owe more money. I think it was really uncomfortable for him. He was great and did a great job though.
The employee was on time and very friendly. He was very thorough in explaining the cleaning process and what sets Zerorez apart from other competitors. The carpets were very clean and dried quickly.

Luis and Greg arrived exactly on time, were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked well together and answered my questions. They took pains to find out exactly how I wanted the carpets cleaned (I have several large rugs on top of the carpeting) and were careful with my furniture that needed to be moved.
