How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician that was sent to my house seemed very inexperienced. The email I got said that he would "agitate the area to be cleaned using a counter-rotating brush..." After he had completed the upstairs and stairs (which I did not watch), I asked where this machine was and he brought it in off his truck with the cord wrapped around, stating that he was new and sometimes got confused. I question whether he agitated the areas upstairs and/or the stairs although he assured me he had.

Carpet cleaning was very efficient. Vent cleaning was a disappointment.

What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez products do the job. My carpets were heavily stained by 3 dogs wear and tear. While all the spots were not removed, my carpets are 100% better than they were. There was no after odor as there was the first time the carpets were cleaned by a different service.

The men who came were very courteous and explained everything they were going to do and the expected results. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

What could we do to improve?

Send 2 teams. It took significantly longer than expected because of the need to go to the truck to empty dirty water and refill clean water (we are on the 5th and 6th floor and the portable units had to be used). I think fatigue contributed to the fact that the areas done after 7 1/2 hours were not as well done as the first part. Schedule a walk-through after a sufficient time for the carpets to dry as a common practice, at least for large commercial jobs.

What do you like about our products and services?

I liked that the cleaning was very successful, despite the stains being there for quite some time. Also liked that it was able to be done without using harmful chemicals and that they did not have to use our water. Was slightly disappointed that the marble floor in one of our bathrooms was not able to be done, but understand why that was the case. Great job though and would not only recommend them to friends, but will probably have them come back to do additional rooms.

The technicians were professional and helpful with my furniture however for $916 my floors were not as clean as I expected. A cleaning crew would have done just as good of a job for a fraction of the price.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Stains didn't come out... not sure why didn't try to go over with pretreat and clean again just those few areas... that's what we paid for. And to think I'd have to pay $65 again for stain treatment is terrible. We wanted the carpets cleaned only because of the stains. Should've been done right the first time!

What could we do to improve?

Maybe have better black lights for pet stains. I still see (and smell) some stains because my guys light wasn't that great.
Also maybe check the sales ticket before your guys get to the house so he doesn't have to break the news that the office made a mistake and I really owe more money. I think it was really uncomfortable for him. He was great and did a great job though.
