The process does not seem to work as well with berber carpet as with plush. Our family room has berber and it did not come as clean as I expected. I had to go back over it with a commercial cleaner before it showed improvement. The process worked better on the other carpets. The technician was very professional and earnest and I don't think that the shortcomings of the process were his fault. And I like the environmental-friendly aspect of the process which is why I rated it as an "8" but the process needs improvement.

The cost of cleaning one rug seemed excessive and it really doesn't look that different to me.

The young man that took care of our carpet cleaning was wonderful. He took his time and worked diligently to clean our carpet which had really taken a beating. The carpet was mostly dry in about 4-6 hours. I'm very pleased with the job he did and will use them again.

I like that you just use water. The technician was professional, courteous and he wore his disposable booties each time he had to enter the house. My carpet and rug look very clean. I am pleased and happy. Thank you Zerorez

My carpets look great, the house smells better, and our dust is way down! Marcus was friendly, helpful, efficient and very professional! Frankie, who scheduled us, was also extremely gracious and accommodating. I will continue regular services because it was totally worth it!

I had my carpets cleaned one week before I had my tile/stone floors and grout cleaned. In both services, the results were exactly as promised: beautifully clean carpets, amazingly restored and clean tile/stone and grout. The technicians who cleaned the carpets, Marcus and Seth, were a pleasure to get to know--personable, professional, dedicated to excellent service. Seth alone took care of the tile/stone floors and grout, and did an outstanding job. He worked exceedingly long and hard, and would not leave until everything was perfect according to his high standard of quality and my expectations. Both Marcus and Seth are to be commended!
