The cleaning service was effective. The techs were professional. However, two things reduced my opinion of the service. The techs bumped a child gate such that it chipped paint - they may not have noticed. Second, while the overall price was acceptable, the pricing process felt deceptive. I had a fairly extensive conversation with a representative about pricing when I placed the order. A $19 fee to take away the dirty water was never mentioned. If we had discussed it up front I would still have agreed with the very reasonable price. However,learning of the fee after the work and after explicitly taking time to understand the price up front was a poor business practice.

We always try to go over the estimate thoroughly but sometimes as humans we miss items and I apologize for that again. The 2 men arrived a half hour before they were scheduled after calling a half hour ahead to ask if it was OK. They were finished within an hour and did a beautiful job.

I like the fact that the products used to clean the carpets and tile are environmentally safe for the home and pets. The technician did a wonderful job at restoring the grout in the bathroom and kitchen to it's original color. The basement carpet was more of a challenge due to a few pet stains and high traffic areas, but I was very pleased with the noticeable difference in cleanliness.

The tech, Vincent, was on time, sharp, professional, fast, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also the carpets and stairs he cleaned are better than ever, even though they're old, and the kitchen grout is 20 shades lighter than it was. We're very happy with all results.
