I thought the cleaner should of moved & raised lazy boy chairs in living room when he cleaned. They are NOT that heavy and easy to move. He just cleaned around them.

I appreciate your professionalism, your pleasant way of doing business, your dependability, your commitment to satisfaction. Love the actual product -- the fact that your water system doesn't leave a nasty residue. So far I have used your company twice and have been happy both times with the technicians. They seem to have a good knowledge of the products and the process behind the water filtration system.

What do you like about our products and services?

This was the best carpet cleaning I have had done in my home. The black residue that was around the edges of the carpet is gone. The carpet on my stairs is so fluffy and clean where before I thought I would have to replace the carpet. I ran the vacuum before the tech arrived but the process yielded about a medium size dog of hair from our Lab that had accumulated deep down in the carpet. The carpet smells and looks wonderful. It was not the cheapest but it was far the best.

I am very impressed with Zerorez for coming to re-clean a stubborn stain. The company was understanding, quick in responding to my request and thorough in removing the stain. The rep also did some extra cleaning in a bedroom where we had re-arranged furniture. Thanks so much for a great job!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Spots in some areas are reoccurring already. Questionable as to what pre-treatment solutions the company is using. The advertising of how great the results are using this company was misleading. Although the carpets are cleaner, they don't look much better in some areas. The technician, Luis, was highly professional and hard-working. He did a great job on the duct cleaning.

What do you like about our products and services?

The service was wonderful and the cleaning was thorough. I would recommend the company to others. We had some trouble spots that did not come clean, which did not surprise me, as some of them were already on the carpet when we moved in to the house. However, one spot was "created" in an upstairs bedroom. I had not been able to vacuum the house prior, as our vacuum had been sent out for repair. In the bedroom mentioned, there is a litter box for our two cats and there was some spilled kitty litter on the floor. I had swept up as much of this as possible with a wisk broom prior to the Zerorez cleaning. Our Zerorez rep wet the kitty litter (along with the rest of the carpet) before cleaning, which is the same practice he used in all other areas of the house. Unfortunately, the wet kitty litter (clay litter) caused a stain on the carpet which I had hoped I could vacuum up once dry. Unfortunately the stain remains and I am unable to remove it. Does Zerorez have a specific spot removing cleaner that might work on this stain?

Many area of the carpet was still very wet 12 hours after it was cleaned.

Given that we have had very humid days, it is likely causing the extension of our typical drying times. We recommend using ceiling fans if you have them and turning down your A/C to around 70 or 72 to ensure that cool air is circulating through the area and allowing it to dry the carpets.

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician was on time and so nice and customer service oriented. He walked me through the process and showed me the tools he was going to use. The people before us had a large shedding dog and apparently also a vacuum that didn't work so the brush that they use at first pulled up all that extra dog hair. Now a couple of days after the cleaning the dog smell is ALL GONE! I highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs clean carpets!

What do you like about our products and services?

Not a lot of machinery - no fuss operation. Also, the young man who came was terrific...very polite, very helpful and worked quietly and efficiently....he made everything clear about what he would do and it just all worked really well and the carpet looked very clean and fresh afterwards. What could we do to improve?

We had a few high traffic areas that were dirtier than most of the carpet. Vincent did a very good job of cleaning these areas but they were left quite wet. We spent about 3 hours late into the night soaking up the excess water with towels. We worry about mold and mildew developing in the carpet and padding.Vincent was very professional and courteous.
