Service was excellent. I had a problem with stains reappearing on the carpet a week or two after cleaning; after getting the carpets cleaned with Zerorez, the stains are gone for good. Thx.

The products are green and are effective in removing dirt and stains. The service is beyond excellent. Products and processes were explained and technicians were friendly and informative. They returned the next day to touch up a few areas. They also cleaned out my dryer vent which was extremely clogged with 4 bird nests. All service done with a smile. I definitely recommend Zerorez.

I like that it is free of chemicals, leaves no residue or scent and, so far carpets are looking great...even on stairs.
Servicemen were wonderful. Unfortunately they chipped some paint off a red wall (ugg) but told me about it and rebated the cost of cleaning the walk in closet. Now its just up to my husband to repaint that area...not fun because of the color. Nevertheless these things do happen and overall I'm very pleased with the workmen and the results.

We loved the outcome of the carpet cleaning. The best part was that the quoted price didn't change and no one tried to sell us products that we didn't need. Luis was extremely professional, curtious and knowledgeable about Zero Rez products. It was a pleasure doing business with him and we look forward to having them back for future cleaning projects.
