Summit Environmental Solutions contacted this company when we needed to clean carpet on a clients stairs. We had done some extensive work and some reddish pink stains appeared on the edge of each step. It was strange because we did not believe we caused the stains. In an effort to please the client we contacted Zerorez and they said they would first come out to see whether they could lift it out of the white carpet. They came out the same day to assist us with this problem. The technician called me when at the clients home and said "yes, I can lift these stains are process. They were able to remove the stains and the WHITE carpet runners on the steps look brand new now. They have a unique way to clean carpets and it does not saturate the carpets with water. I have been accused more than once I am hard to please and I take serious the reviews we offer of other companies. You can not go wrong with Zerorez. Very professional and excellent at what they do.

I'm really impressed that the spot cleaning process immediately removed stains that I've never been able to remove. And then the cleaning process after that really brightened up the (disaster area) carpet. Also while playing with the dog after the cleaning the carpet had no odor at all. There was no smell from the cleaning. The pet stain smell is totally gone. Had guest come in two days later and were surprise I had pets. The carpet feels amazing. I will be callng you back to come and do another room for me.

The crew did a tremendous job cleaning carpets in several rooms. They were very thorough (took almost 4 hours) treating each room meticulously. The carpets look like new !
The person who came out explain what was going to happen and how. He also gave us ideas on the two stains we had on how to deal with them. They were unknown stains and could not be removed. We figured they would not. But our carpets are great now they look brand new!
