The carpet was not cleaned as asked, spots remain, many areas were not cleaned at all. Overall, I feel that the service misrepresented the degree of success I could expect from the cleaning, and the technician took shortcuts to avoid cleaning areas that required a little work to get at. I would never recommend this service.

I had not been informed about the disposal fee although the men that came assumed I had.

It should always be mentioned on your phone call and then again on the booking confirmation you receive after your booking. I apologize if you feel you were not informed about this.

The product used to clean the carpets has no annoying odor. Booking the appointment was easy,and technician who cleaned my carpet was pleasant and worked efficiently.
The only downside was that 24 hours later, stairs were still damp.

I like the natural process that Zerorez has developed to clean carpeting. I also had a delightful technician who explained the process to me and the "shock" machine used to produce the water used. He was so nice and friendly, and my carpet and area rugs look and feel great. I will definitely use your services next time I need rugs cleaned!

The technician was awesome! He called ahead, arrived on time and finished on time as well! The carpets look wonderful a fun have brightened immensely- with no residue . The carpets dried within just a few hours . I would totally recommend this company to friends!

Every staff member I talked to was pleasant and helpful. The technician was thorough and did everything I asked. The carpets were effectively treated for cat urine and all dark spots were totally removed. The carpets look like new.

The guys that came to do the rugs were SUPER friendly and I felt totally comfortable leaving them in my apartment. Grout cleaning seemed kind of sloppy (leftover dirt/residue pushed into the corners so I have to scrub everything after they were done) and the carpets are slightly crunchy now after they've dried, especially in the "problem area" where there were a few spots...which leads me to believe there is some sort of chemical or residue in the carpet and that they really aren't very clean. I used zero rez because I have a 7 month old, so I didn't want toxic chemicals in the area (otherwise, our apartment complex provides cleaning)...but I don't feel super confident that the carpets are 100% clean.
As hard as we try to make each and every customer happy, regrettably sometimes we can't do that for everyone.After considering the problems with your apartment building that we had to go through some issues can't be helped. We hope if you ever need cleaning again you would consider Zerorez.
