Yes I know my rug were extremely dirty but there were some places that looked really bad when they dried. I knew exactly what had happened in those areas. The steam had been applied but the excess moisture was not sucked up. You see if dirty moisture is left behind, when it drys it looks bad. I have already corrected the problem by making those areas wet and then absorbing the moisture with a towel so that now those areas looked as good as the rest. On the plus side, in some areas he performed miracles.

This is not typical for our cleaning service and we are currently looking into the reason that caused this. After speaking with you, we are glad to hear you are still happy with the cleaning of your carpets and will be calling us for additional work. I appreciated the 30 minute prior to arrival courtesy call and keeping to the time window. Overall the rug cleaned up very well. Marcus was very professional and personable. The only negative was that my carpet took much, much longer to dry than I was told. Even with a fan and dehumidifier running, after two days there is an area that is still damp.
This is the first time I have used Zerorez so it remains to be seen whether the carpet stays clean longer.

Frankie was super nice on the phone and worked out the best deal for my situation. Marcus (ex cop) and Jose did great job, very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. They even set up heavy blue barrier at open door to let hose in (and kept cold/hot air, passersby and dogs out). And they ended up being less expensive that another quote! I'll definitely use them next time!
