My carpets look and feel great! I had an old, comfortable chair cleaned and it's amazing how nice it looks now! After the technician left, I wished that I had him clean another chair for me as well!

The products are fast and effective. The last tech was up front about not being able to remove the stain, but he was able to remove some of it. This is our 2nd time using Zerorez and I don't see it being our last.

The Tech should discuss with the homeowner any specific stains that are to be removed. (Two people responded to my house and I discussed my concerns with the first to arrive who turned out NOT to be the one actually doing the work. Consequently the pet stains were not removed on the first visit.
