I appreciated the 30 minute prior to arrival courtesy call and keeping to the time window. Overall the rug cleaned up very well. Marcus was very professional and personable. The only negative was that my carpet took much, much longer to dry than I was told. Even with a fan and dehumidifier running, after two days there is an area that is still damp.
This is the first time I have used Zerorez so it remains to be seen whether the carpet stays clean longer.

Frankie was super nice on the phone and worked out the best deal for my situation. Marcus (ex cop) and Jose did great job, very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. They even set up heavy blue barrier at open door to let hose in (and kept cold/hot air, passersby and dogs out). And they ended up being less expensive that another quote! I'll definitely use them next time!

Two of the areas cleaned have very dark areas with a distinct line/edge that was not there before the cleaning. Possibly a whole swath was missed?? I've been meaning to call to have someone come out to redo the areas, but I have been very busy and have not been able to get it done yet.

The employee who service my unit was nice, professional, and helpful. My complaint, however, is related to the floor cleaning. I had to take a non-scratch kitchen scrub pad and sponge to pick up some spots on the floor that I thought the machine would pick up. Considering that I spent hundreds of dollars on just a small floor, I was hoping the cleaning machine would have have scrubbed the floor a bit and really cleaned it. I also took a wet swiffer to a small portion of the floor a little later and it came back a bit dirty, which was surprising. Also, the Virginia office called the morning of the appointment to tell me its van was having problems and my 8:30 a.m. appointment would need to be pushed to after 10:30 a.m.. This was not a problem at all. I then told the caller that parking for the technician would be on the street in metered spaces, as I had explained when I made the appointment two days earlier. Later in the morning, the Zerorez office called to explain that the driver could not find any parking. I went to the street to help the driver and directed to the many metered spaces next to my condo building. The driver explained to me that he was not authorized to parking in metered spaces. I then had to scramble for a while to beg my building manager for a spot in the loading dock, which I was lucky to secure. On both conversations, I told Zerorez that metered parking was available, but no one every told me it was not authorized. It added stress to a situation that did not call for it. Finally, I would recommend some sort of system to show that dirt is being pulled from carpets as It was difficult to see a big difference in my carpets. I also would have thought Zerorez could get "hands on" the particular stains that the wand cleaner could not remove.
I really like that it doesn't leave a cleaning solution in the carpet. It also got out the deep stains and pet odor that other carpet cleaning services couldn't.
