The technicians were professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. They also did a great job.
However, it disappointed me that it was necessary for the truck to run -- and pollute the air -- the whole duration of the cleaning process. I chose you because you were supposed to be a "green" company. But running the equipment off an operating gas motor vehicle is totally inconsistent with being green and advertising your business as such.

Cleaned much better than I expected. My carpets were in poor condition and the techs got them looking fantastic....and without upcharges. They look better now than when we moved in! I think less time spent to clean my living room which needed more y and effort.

We do make sure the carpets are clean but when the tech goes over the invoice with you at the start he lets you know what we can get out and what is to far gone.

Zerorez is a Super Star. Zerorez cleaned our carpets for a move-out inspection. Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning and removing the stains. The carpet passed the test of a very very picky, difficult, and hard to please landlord.

Yes I know my rug were extremely dirty but there were some places that looked really bad when they dried. I knew exactly what had happened in those areas. The steam had been applied but the excess moisture was not sucked up. You see if dirty moisture is left behind, when it drys it looks bad. I have already corrected the problem by making those areas wet and then absorbing the moisture with a towel so that now those areas looked as good as the rest. On the plus side, in some areas he performed miracles.
Thank you for your review of the services we recently provided for you. We sincerely apologize that the rug still had some dirty moisture after we cleaned it. This is not typical for our cleaning service and we are currently looking into the reason that caused this. After speaking with you, we are glad to hear you are still happy with the cleaning of your carpets and will be calling us for additional work. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us with the training of our techs as well as making sure our equipment is working properly.

The service person was very friendly and talked about the cleaning process and services Zerorez offers; wall to wall carpets, area rugs, floors and grout. Zerorez is truly a one stop floor cleaning company! I enjoyed the fact that he showed me the just cleaned area compared to my carpet, and I must say I was surprised how dirty the carpet was, and what smell? There is no chemical smell from the cleaner and I believe my house actually smells better! Thank you Zerorez and José
