Great service, my carpet looks great and it didn't took long for it to fully dry. The carpet looks fresh and almost like new! :-) Definitely recommend them!

Very thorough, very professional. The tech explained every little spot that didn't come 100% clean. We knew about these spots and that they would be tough. But everything really looks great!

First of all, phone rep. is telling me a untrue statements such as I was not there when the crews were finished cleaning yet said I was satisfied and praised them a good job!
Second, it was not a good job at all. it is still not much of difference. Frankly, it is a little better than before.
I want you to come and do it again
I previously bought a groupon for some other carpet cleaning service and after they were an absolute nightmare to deal with I heard an ad for you guys on the radio. I could not be happier with your service, I have had you come out 4 times now (I have messy dogs) and as long as I live in this area I will never use another carpet cleaner. You come on time, have never had to reschedule, every tech I have ever had out had been beyond courteous. I was even blown away the second time I had you guys come out the owner, Luis, came and did the cleaning because the technician that was supposed to come out couldn't and instead of rescheduling that technician's appointments he came out and did it himself. I don't have words to describe how happy I have been with your service and I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

The Zerorez employee arrived within the time set for the appointment. His cleaning was thorough and efficient. The carpets look great! He wore booties to keep the floors and carpets clean. I added kitchen floor cleaning after he showed me a sample cleaning. The vinyl kitchen floor looks amazing. I also appreciate that I was able to take advantage of your 3 room cleaning special, even though I only had 2 rooms to be cleaned by including the stairs as 1 room. This is the second time I have used your services and will definitely use Zerorez again.

The product was exactly as expected and service was outstanding, the only slight draw back was the cost...about 5-10 percent higher but than others but overall very satisfied. I would recommended them to friends and family.
