They were not happy with the 8 that I rated them at first because there was a little bit of streak left over in one spot. I was not upset about it, but they insisted on coming right back out to get that area, which they did in a timely manner, not only that but were on time for the appointment.
I would highly recommend this company, I appreciate anyone that takes pride in their work and wants every customer to be more than satisfied.

I like that your company doesn't use traditional shampoo to clean carpets. Your method cleans carpets so much better than other ways that actually just set stains in more. I also was impressed by the level of customer service given by Brittany and Marcus.

The technician did an excellent job revitalizing the old carpet in the house I'm renting. There was no odor and because it uses only water, I wasn't worried about my pets walking on it after he left. I will definitely use them again!

I like how you were on time and called twice, also were willing to work with my schedule to be the first visit. However, it is hard to account for a really dirty carpet. I believe another once over would be good. You should always assume the dirtiest of carpets, I don't believe this was the assumption. I think a little more time could have been spent.
Other than that, scheduling was fantastic, and Chris was very courteous and professional... not to mention he came on a Sat to meet my schedule.
The house feels so much better.

Our carpet is so clean! Much better than the previous chemical based service that we used. Zerorez was able to remove sticky residue from one of our plants which the other service couldn't. Will definitely use Zerorez in the future!

The smell and stain were not fully removed from the area rug. The wall to wall went well
The carpets were not that dirty. Yet, even minor spots remain. There was no attempt to clean under the beds...yet there is nearly 7 inches clearance on all beds. I Will never use Zerorez again or recommend to anyone!
