1. I expected more of the small pieces of furniture in the family room, dining room and living room to be moved about to clean underneath.
2. I am particularly disappointed with the upstairs hallway and stairway in that very little was done to remove the grey dust filter line along the wall. I purposely limed the amount of cleaning to see the result. I don't plan to have any more done unless the grey along the walls can be corrected. I am very disappointed after listening to the glowing commercials on WMAL every AM. J. Last name removed Phone number removed
Luis Padilla did a wonderful job on both our carpet and an old chair. It looked so much better after he worked on it. He even helped me to move some furniture back into the room. Such a gentleman. I love your company. 👍🏻😊

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. The results were great, especially the grout cleaning. It looks like new, and will allow me to fill in some missing grout, as it is now the original color. I am very pleased with the overall results throughout the entire house.

I am very happy with my carpet cleaning. This is the second time I have had Zerorez clean my carpet. They do a great job, the carpet isnt soaking wet and the employees are very professional and pleasant to deal with. Marcus Smith cleaned my carpets and he does a great job.

Zerorez DC Metro is hands down the best carpet cleaning service around. Super friendly staff and they even cleaned an 8x10 rug for free since my husband is a veteran. If you are lucky enough to get Luis as yiur technician he does an amazing job and is extemely kind, didnt try to upsell.

My carpets were barely touched, they didn’t look any cleaner than before the work began. After the technician left, I got out my Hoover steam cleaner and spent the next 11/2 hours cleaning my carpet. Very disappointed, will never use again.
