First of all, it WORKS. No harsh smells, no residue. I have used them twice, second time for some severe stains and I am truly impressed. Even a very old carpet was renewed and dried in a short time.
Second, their professionalism - quick response, timely and accurate scheduling/notification, and thoroughly knowledgeable and friendly but efficient personnel. I also very much admire that they support our veterans. We will definitely never go back to anyone else and will recommend them highly.

Did a great job, brought own water and don't use chemicals. Also gave us a law enforcement discount. Will use again!

The cleaning was fantastic (carpets look great) and service technicians were very friendly. Two issues we experienced:

-Technicians did not call prior to arrival which caused for a chaotic scene when they arrived for my wife who was on a conference call and had to lock up a pet last minute.

-While my wife was unable to do a walk through with the technicians due to the conference call and point out stain spots, there were several clearly visible stains still left on the carpet in several spots throughout the house even after the cleaning that would have been visible without prior notification. The technicians didn't indicate to my wife that they were unable to remove those stains (one set that I later removed myself with our own carpet cleaner after the fact) which indicates they there were either ignored or the fact they were set in and couldn't be cleaned was not properly articulated.

Overall we are very happy with the service and would recommend to others but are still hesitant to speak to the thoroughness of the service because of the stains left behind.

Carpet is as soft as when it was first installed; prompt, efficient, courteous service.

It was the best carpet cleaning we've ever received. The carpets shined and actually looked brighter. The one bedroom we didn't do looked old and dirty and we hardly go in there. ZeroRez had impeccable customer service too. They came within 48 hours of initial reach out and the techs they sent were smart, friendly and did their job perfectly in one hour. We will use them again, the only thing we are crossing our fingers for is a promo code or discount as they were the most expensive carpet cleaning we've used. Boy was it worth it though!

The price was good but we found some dirty areas that probably would have come clean with a little extra effort. He also didn't clean in any corners or around the edges of the rooms.
