Spots continue to reappear. Zerorez did a touch up, which is wonderful, but several spots come back as soon as the carpet is dry. This is very frustrating, and we have not yet been able to get a second touch up on those spots.

Got the job done just right, on time, and in a totally courteous manner.

Three days later carpets are still damp .

The pungent odor/smell that has generated (house-wide) from the carpet. Perhaps a sign that my carpets were super dirty:), but anyway we can improve would be great.

The guys were knowledgeable and pre-tested my carpets before cleaning. They did an excellent job and the colors just popped.

While it was fast and sanitary many spots did not come out. I am not sure technician went over spots a few times to try to get them out.

Cleaners arrived on time and where very efficient getting the job done.

No chemicals, Zerorez sucks out the water from the carpet that they put into the carpet to clean it.

After calling every carpet/rug cleaner in the DC-metro area, I am convinced that no one is as helpful, kind, and professional as the folks at Zerorez. Their customer service was fantastic, and my rug looks brand new. I would use them over and over again.

Equipment works good and has powerful suction. Getting dod hairs off the edge of carpet would be nice.

Luis did a great job! Very professional and cleans up the areas as he leaves!

I liked the man that cleaned carpets, neat, tidy and kind. Although when he added the cushion foam squares under my red leather chair, he turned the back legs and they are now not as stable as they were before. He should have told me that he had difficulty with legs. More than likely, he was surprised the legs could move. Guess I didn’t realize he might not tell me he had a problem with legs.
I told him if he had any issues with anything, I was around.

Friendly staff, every room turned out great.

We were happy with the quality of work done. The young man who performed the work, explained everything well. Rugs and stairs look like new!

Our tech was very professional, prompt and conscientious about the quality of work for the services we ordered and was also helpful with trouble spots we pointed out onsite. Extra effort was made to ensure spots were treated as discussed. The warranty is robust to ensure the service was done properly. The process in how you clean the carpets are better than your competitors

The technician was curtious and professional and worked very hard. I just did not like the way the carpet felt when it dried. It is harder, like there is a residue. I am not sure there is anything you can do as it may just be the water you use. Either way, I miss the soft carpet.
Next week I plan to rent a cleaner and redo all of the floors.
Also when I had carpets cleaned in the past the edges were cleaned, the edges against the walls did not seem clean.
Also, some of the smaller stains either did not come up or came back.
