Excellant service and quality.

Overall the clean looks good, and I’m confident the technician was thorough with his work. However, it’s almost 24 hours later and carpet still isn’t 100% dry. We were told 4 hours. I would have even been fine with 12, but 24 is ridiculous.

This is our second time using ZeroRez, I highly doubt we will use y’all again.

The follow up visit was perfect and service was great, with a very responsive and profession technician.

Overall I would give the whole experience a 10 and have already recommended ZerorezDC to several other people and will be using the service again.

Zerorez is wonderful! With 2 Bassett Hound puppies, the living room carpet, and our stairs can look very worn. I have scheduled Zerorez every 2 months, and that makes everyone happy! They look like new ! I recently added the outdoor porch carpet to be cleaned, and it looks wonderful too !

The gentleman that did the work was great.

However, my dining room chairs were left on my outside balcony. I went out of town right after he was done, I knew he put them on the balcony, but I really thought he would bring them back in. o I didn't even check,.

There are 2 stains remain. I, but thought they were going to be removed.

I will use you again because your manager was so professional..

Carpet looks great and technician was polite, efficient, and professional.

It would have been helpful if the technician gave me an estimate of how long the carpet would take to dry. On the site it is advertised “just hours,” which is pretty broad. I figured it would take about 2 hours but when I arrived it was still wet. I called the technician to ask how long it might take and he said between 3-6 depending how much circulation there was. I do have air conditioners so it would have been helpful if he offered to turn them on after he was done to expedite the drying. I also pointed to a specific area of the house that should get special attention because it’s where my toddler eats. In that area there were still food bits clinging to the carpet after the cleaning.

The carpet looks great and is so soft. The technician was very courteous and professional.

Service was great. Technician was nice and on time. All work done was as promised. Would use them again.

The guys that came to my house were extremely professional, personable and accomodating. I added rooms to the initial plan and it was as if they had planned all along to cover the rooms. I was very happy with their performance and their friendly attitudes.

I have used Zerorez twice now and am very pleased with the service. The carpets look great and simply smell fresh. Marcel was very pleasant, efficient and was also on time which I really appreciate! Great service!

The tech who arrive at our home was incredibly neat and very careful to ensure walls, furniture were not nicked. He arrived on time and did a great job. I'd recommend the service to anyone.

First of all, it WORKS. No harsh smells, no residue. I have used them twice, second time for some severe stains and I am truly impressed. Even a very old carpet was renewed and dried in a short time.
Second, their professionalism - quick response, timely and accurate scheduling/notification, and thoroughly knowledgeable and friendly but efficient personnel. I also very much admire that they support our veterans. We will definitely never go back to anyone else and will recommend them highly.

Did a great job, brought own water and don't use chemicals. Also gave us a law enforcement discount. Will use again!

The cleaning was fantastic (carpets look great) and service technicians were very friendly. Two issues we experienced:

-Technicians did not call prior to arrival which caused for a chaotic scene when they arrived for my wife who was on a conference call and had to lock up a pet last minute.

-While my wife was unable to do a walk through with the technicians due to the conference call and point out stain spots, there were several clearly visible stains still left on the carpet in several spots throughout the house even after the cleaning that would have been visible without prior notification. The technicians didn't indicate to my wife that they were unable to remove those stains (one set that I later removed myself with our own carpet cleaner after the fact) which indicates they there were either ignored or the fact they were set in and couldn't be cleaned was not properly articulated.

Overall we are very happy with the service and would recommend to others but are still hesitant to speak to the thoroughness of the service because of the stains left behind.

Carpet is as soft as when it was first installed; prompt, efficient, courteous service.

Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Exceedingly functional. Very reasonably priced and very will to redo their work which was a difficult task.
