You have a great idea in cleaning with ionized water. People with asthma, or other breathing issues, really benefit from the lack of chemicals. Also, your technician took his time and did a very thorough job. We appreciated his putting on the little pull-on shoe-covers as soon as he entered our home. I've paid to have my carpets cleaned many times (and done it myself many more), but I think this is the cleanest "cleaning" I've yet seen.
I'm a Realtor and will be recommending Zerorez to anyone who asks about carpet cleaning.

Process and technology are great. On-site service and price were good. You all didn't respond at all to my e-mail inquiry for a price quote though. I had to call a week later. And then, after several days of trying, no one ever answered. I had to leave a message. And then it took several days for someone to call back. You all need to get your methods of communication fixed. Why have an option for requesting quotes if you're not going to respond to potential customers. Why have a phone line if you're not going to staff it with people to answer it. You almost lost me as a potential customer.

Your technician could not have been nicer. I am concerned that my grout in the ceramic area seems to be peeling which never happened before. I specifically asked if there was any possibility of a problem with the grout and was told no as the end result. I am not sure how I will resolve this if you have any suggestions. Thank you.

There was no lingering odor left after the service. I'm allergic to all fragrances, but had no sore throat or sinus problems that night. The carpet is very clean, wirh just a couple stains remaining. All in all, the best service we've had in years.

The vents were left loose, supplies left out and asked to take before and after pictures but wasn’t prompted to take when asked to be. My sister used this company and recommended but not sure we will use this company again.

When I spoke to the agent to make the appointment I confirmed they would be able to get under the furniture since they wouldn't move it. She said yes they have a wand that reaches underneath. When the cleaner actually came it was apparent via look and touch that the wand only reached inches under the edges of the bed, leaving much of the area untouched and Not cleaned. On a positive note, the cleaner was very professionally, friendly, and courteous.
