We live with 30 year old carpet and 5 cats. Although we self-shampoo our rugs we have never had them professionally cleaned. With cat stains and urine smell predominant in many areas we needed help. Scheduling service was easy and the service was outstanding. Before any work was done, the technicians walked through each room with us, evaluating the stains and telling us what could be done and gave us prices. There was no pressure or hidden costs. The service was excellent and professional. We were delighted with the results and we would highly recommend them. Pet friendly people, respectful and proficient. Now that's a service!

The technician was good but told me that his cleaning machine will not clean all the way to the wall so in places there is a 4 inch line that never got cleaned... very noticeable.
First time I have had carpet cleaned where no furniture was moved so again that edge comes into play. I had some stains that were not removed by whatever non chemical system you use and he never mentioned any extra cleaning that he could try...
For the price it was ok ... certainly took twice as long to dry than what the technician said..
I would try another company next time.
Our rug cleaner was right on schedule. He was very personable. Our carpet came out looking great and smelling great. Last of all, he was very upfront with us in telling that due to the material our couch was made of it was questionable if their cleaning materials would be helpful which was nice to see that he explained the situation and let us make a decision instead of trying to sell us a service that possibly wouldn't benefit us.

prompt, courteous, and affordable. liked that it dried so fast. it smelled fresh but not like perfume that was trying to cover up odors. marco ( i think that was his name) was excellent.

The guys were great but there is a musty smell that I wasn't expecting to smell. Thought it would have a more "fresh" smell than that so I'm not really "thrilled."
the gentleman who cleaned the carpeting was very helpful, knowledgeable and smart. Good service from start to finish!
