I am very happy with my carpet cleaning. This is the second time I have had Zerorez clean my carpet. They do a great job, the carpet isnt soaking wet and the employees are very professional and pleasant to deal with. Marcus Smith cleaned my carpets and he does a great job.

Zerorez DC Metro is hands down the best carpet cleaning service around. Super friendly staff and they even cleaned an 8x10 rug for free since my husband is a veteran. If you are lucky enough to get Luis as yiur technician he does an amazing job and is extemely kind, didnt try to upsell.

My carpets were barely touched, they didn’t look any cleaner than before the work began. After the technician left, I got out my Hoover steam cleaner and spent the next 11/2 hours cleaning my carpet. Very disappointed, will never use again.

The two things I would change or want more clarification is the window of time needs to me smaller and it says on your website you can get pet stains. Well, they look better but are still visable.

Our Zerorez service technician, Marcus, arrived promptly as promised, and conducted himself in a very professional and courteous manner. We are more than pleased with Zerorez. The work Luis Padilla did in our home was outstanding. He was prompt, courteous and professional throughout our dealings. He patiently, fully and knowledgabley answered all our questions before he began cleaning our carpets. We were amazed at how quickly he completed the work and how clean the carpets were when he finished. He is a true asset to your firm.

The only drawback - and it is a minor one - is that it took much longer than we anticipated for the carpets to dry out. However given the result - beautifully clean carpets - it was worth the minor inconvenience. We would most definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

Love the way my badly soiled carpets look after being cleaned by Zerorez. They look like new!

The carpet was sopping wet when the cleaning was finished. The personnel was very courteous and prompt, so that was good, but the carpet was too wet, and I noticed there were no plastic protectors put under furniture feet which I would have expected with so much water being used.

The chemical-free process and the extremely courteous and professional techs who were very respectful of my home and my time.

The team was on time. They discussed the services and my options. I can see a huge difference in my carpets. Very satisfied with the results.
