My carpet is not as clean as I had hoped. The person that cleaned it said because it is
so pressed down and old there is a possibility that this is as clean as it can get and I
might need to replace it.

The carpet in our house had lots of stains and we suspected had even more gross stuff we could not see. After the cleaning, I know feel we could let our grand baby crawl on the carpet. Luis explained everything completely and did a great job. Great experience!

Carpet still has many spots that didn't come up, though it is much cleaner overall. It also took much longer to dry than was told.
It works better than any service. And the guys were great.

Zerorez did what the claims on WMAL stated. The carpets are as close to new looking and feeling as possible and our carpets are over 15 years old. Polite, knowledgable and easy to work with would describe the staff. I don't know how this happened but they forgot to clean the stairs. Apologies were quick coming and they would return at a time convenient to us. I would recommend the company and will continue to use for all our future rug needs. Great work and thank you.

I know my carpets needed cleaning, but zerorez did not meet my satisfaction. In fact, I went over a number of stains that were left and my personal carpet cleaner lifted them.

Stains seemed gone for a day then emerged for about 70% of stains - service man was courteous and worked well - I don’t know what you can do to make things right except return and get the stains out

Fast, friendly, very professional service. Unobtrusive, no chemical odor, rooms clean and fresh. They use their own water from a 200 gallon tank. Their equipment is quite. They take extra care in your home to avoid damaging walls by using corner guards. The my go over the contract with you and then survey each room and discuss their cleaning strategy. When they are done, the job is not over until you are completely satisfied. You inspect each room and they ask if there are areas you would like redone. Once you’re satisfied you sign and pay. They leave just as quietly as they came and the carpet looked great!

The guys were great but there is a musty smell that I wasn't expecting to smell. Thought it would have a more "fresh" smell than that so I'm not really "thrilled."
