We are more than extremely satisfied with the services the Zerorez provided. We were concerned that our carpeting was beyond salvation. Our Zerorez service technician, Marcus, arrived promptly as promised, and conducted himself in a very professional and courteous manner. He took the time to assess our carpets, mark and pretreat our major areas of concern, and in a very short time completed cleaning all eight rooms, both hallways and both staircases . We are more than pleased with Zerorez. The work Luis Padilla did in our home was outstanding. He was prompt, courteous and professional throughout our dealings. He patiently, fully and knowledgabley answered all our questions before he began cleaning our carpets. We were amazed at how quickly he completed the work and how clean the carpets were when he finished. He is a true asset to your firm.

The only drawback - and it is a minor one - is that it took much longer than we anticipated for the carpets to dry out. However given the result - beautifully clean carpets - it was worth the minor inconvenience. We would most definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

Love the way my badly soiled carpets look after being cleaned by Zerorez. They look like new!

The carpet was sopping wet when the cleaning was finished. The personnel was very courteous and prompt, so that was good, but the carpet was too wet, and I noticed there were no plastic protectors put under furniture feet which I would have expected with so much water being used.

The chemical-free process and the extremely courteous and professional techs who were very respectful of my home and my time.

Our experience was very good with this company. They were professional from start to finish. We chose them because of the "chemical free" cleaning and were concerned the carpet and tile may not be as clean. Carpet and tile came out beautiful and sparkly clean. Will be using them again in the near future and highly recommend them.

What a great experience to have the Zerorez team clean our carpets and tile. The technicians, Luis and David were courteous, enthusiastic and extremely professional in every way. They were later joined by Marcus who was also very friendly and helpful. The service was done efficiently with minimal disruption, and the results were even better than we ever expected. They arrived on time and kept us informed as to how they were progressing. They asked for our inspection and approvals during the process and wanted to be sure we were happy at all times. The carpet and tile dried fairly quickly and is now soft and clean and stain free. We could not be more pleased and will gladly recommend Zerorez to all our neighbors and friends.

The crew was wonderful and very polite and professional. It is the product that I am displeased with.
This is my first time using Zerorez and have been a loyal user to Stanley Steamer in years past. I saw an advertisement for Zerorez and decided to take a chance.
I am disappointed in the overall look of my carpets and upholstery. I know the stains that cannot come out of my carpet because they have been there for years. That said, I also know the stains that always return, but always come out when professionally cleaned. After my service I still had as many stains and some areas I feel could have looked a lot better.
I even scrubbed an area with a scrub brush and carpet cleaner after Zerorez came out and was able to get the carpet stain cleaned. I think the difference is in the carpet solution. Bottom line I wanted my carpets to look better for the upcoming holidays and after spending $800 I am disappointed.

The stairs were left soaking wet and did not dry for about four days. Surely this did not have to happen. Other than that the cleaning was very effective.
