I love that they don't use chemicals or soap in the carpets. Leaves the house smelling fresh and clean! Service providers are always very polite, thorough and professional. It is the second time we have had Luis and we will continue to use and request him!

My driveway is discolored from the solution from the truck.
My reason for having Zerorez clean my two sofas was to eliminate cat odor and clean the sofas. Tonight I still smell "cat" and I have also called them for a revisit for two areas on the sofas that are not clean. The follow-up visit is next week and will see what the results are.

I like that there is no residue left behind by detergent to re-attract dirt. My carpets look great, almost like new. They took a while to dry, but probably because it was humid and 95 degrees slowed down the drying. Luis was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and a genuinely nice guy!

Bait and switch. I was clear about the size being @900 sq ft for the basement room and then when the guy got here the price was almost double. Don't contact me again.

We are sorry you feel that it was a bait and switch, but wanted to clarify that you did receive our current special of 3 rooms for $159 as we charged your basement as the 3 rooms. We normally don't do this as our specials are for standard room sizes of 300 sf and under, but we made an exception in your case. You then added on a set of stairs, which changed the scope of work so that is the reason your total increased. We understand that you do not wish us to contact you and we will honor that request, but please feel free to contact us at 703-382-1221 should you wish to discuss your concerns further as we would be happy to address them.

Honesty from your employees. I had a wonderfully pleasant and helpful employee come out to clean my carpets. He noticed someone my family was military and informed me the company offered an additional military discount. I was extremely happy we were able to save another $40 dollars. He was under no obligation to tell me about additional discounts, and I was extremely grateful!! He did a wonderful and timely job of cleaning my carpets. However, at one point I heard a crash and assumed he had dropped a piece of equipment on my floor. I left immediately after he finished and departed to run a quick errrand at a store. Whenever I arrived back home, I noticed a piece of pottery was broken with the broken piece laid on the wire rack which the piece was sitting on in the foyer. I immediately knew this was the crash I heard while the employee was in my home. My daughter also had mentioned hearing this crash after I informed her what had transpired. I am not upset that the piece was broken for I truly believe it was just that...an accident. What I am upset about was the failure of the employee to tell me what had happened. This lack of communication and honesty will make me think twice whenever I need to find a company to clean my carpets in the future.
Chris was outstanding. Perfect service, great care, extremely thorough, took the time to do a perfect job.

Great communication before the appointment. The tech arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained what he was doing in the set-up and then worked efficiently to get the job done. Most important was the fact he was able to get up nearly all the stains that my teenager had made in his bedroom. The carpet looked 100% better. Thank you!

The very biggest plus was the site survey the Technician did before getting started. He listened to me and my concerns and then established a plan that would meet my requirements while NOT inflating the cost without a full explanation of what the additional cost brought to the table.

Zerorez was so professional from start to finish. Marcus understood my concerns about my wall-to-wall carpet stains and could even be trusted to work alone in my house because I was called away. He could have recommended a much higher fee for his services, but he didn't. He was honest and kind. Very reliable. This company was a pleasure to do business with and I would recommend them without reservation.
