What drew me to Zerorez was the lack of chemicals in their product. We are trying to cut down the chemicals in our house and with a crawling baby, that was important for carpet cleaning as well. They did an excellent job and were very friendly. We also had our couch cleaned and my husband actually had to go back over a spot with dish soap because you could still see the stain and it still smelled. Other then that though, we had no complaints.

I like that your products are eco-friendly and safe to animals and children. Your service technicians were professional and courteous.

Carpets definitely seem cleaner but still don't smell great. We moved into a "doggy" house from previous owners so carpets look better but still have a pet odor to them
People very professional and polite

Very professional, proficient, and timely service.

The service was pretty good, and the person that came to my house was very nice and friendly. However, as the carpet dried I noticed that most of the stains were not removed. I had the tile grout in my bathroom cleaned and really did not notice any difference. There were some places where the grout was removed because of the cleaning. The biggest issue was the hose from the truck rubbed against several corners in the house causing the paint and dry wall to come loose in parts. I did follow up with the company at the time, and they credited 1/3 of my funds back for this and the fact that the hose also exploded outside leaving debris all over my outside windows. Not sure I would use the company again.

We like the fact that Zerorez uses non toxic cleaners. The people who came to service our carpets did a great job.

The men who arrived were polite and professional. They explained what they were going to do and went straight to work. They did a wonderful job : the Berbers were clean and fresh looking and the wool area rug hasn't looked that good in years. Thanks for the good work!

Better estimates and do all promised areas

The service men were wonderful The communication was not .I was NOT informed when scheduling the appt that furniture is not moved.I had no expectations of having heavy furniture moved or breakables . I did have expectations of at least having dining room chairs moved as well as light weight sofas When asked it was done but I was told it is not normally done and that they me it took will put them behind schedule for the rest of the day.

The staff from the office and making the appointment to the techs that came out to clean the carpet were very friendly and accommodating. I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and I was especially appreciative for this service. The techs were very sensitive to my needs only using water. They were very honest and upfront, which I also appreciated about any furniture they could not do because of fabric as example and deducted that immediately from the bill. I would use this service again and would highly recommend this business. I was very pleased not only with the customer service, which I did not experience from other business when I tried to explain my situation, as well as the results. I have to say clean carpets feels good, so I am delighted!

Zerorez is the first carpet cleaning company that we have used that has left our carpets actually stain free and looking like new. Stains that had been in the carpets for years, regardless of other companies' efforts, were gone after the Zerorez process was complete! We were able to move furniture back into the rooms the same day, as the carpets dried so quickly. With our previous companies the carpets stayed damp for days. We are very happy to have found a service that we will continue to use when our carpets need to be cleaned. We will always call Zerorez.

Your ad on WMAL radio really caught my attention. I have carpeting in my office that my cat "baptizes" periodically - in spite of TWO litter boxes on the premises. I have battled the smell with "Natures Miracle" and other products, but once these products dry - the awful smell comes back! I was VERY pleased with your products and services. Jose and Bo were very professional young men who really knew what they were doing. They brought my old carpeting back to life and the odor in my office is pretty much under control. I am amazed! Great communication, easy to book, top-notch professionals

The first time a tech came the carpet looked great until it dried. One of the reasons that I used Zerorez is because your process was supposed to stop spots from coming back. The second time the carpet was cleaned it looked better. I am not sure what the difference was but most of the spots were gone.

The second problem was that the first cleaning took 2 days to dry completely and that was using a dehumidifier and a fan! I was told it would take 6-8 hours which was no where near reality. The second time is dried overnight.

I had my appointment scheduled for Saturday morning between 8am-10:30am. The technician introduced himself as Marcus, arriving at my parent's house promptly at 8:00am. After I showed him the area, he explained in detail the cleaning process, described how this process differed from traditional carpet cleaning and how no soaps or detergents are used, strictly just water. Marcus answered all questions I had in a very polite manner. I knew what the plan was and the expectations. I was taken back by how amazing the end results were! The carpet that I thought didn't stand a chance now looks and smells brand new! My father and I were both very satisfied with the professional service we received! I would absolutely recommend ZeroRez to family and friends as well as use them again myself!
