The very biggest plus was the site survey the Technician did before getting started. He listened to me and my concerns and then established a plan that would meet my requirements while NOT inflating the cost without a full explanation of what the additional cost brought to the table.

Zerorez was so professional from start to finish. Marcus understood my concerns about my wall-to-wall carpet stains and could even be trusted to work alone in my house because I was called away. He could have recommended a much higher fee for his services, but he didn't. He was honest and kind. Very reliable. This company was a pleasure to do business with and I would recommend them without reservation.

The method this company uses to clean carpets and furniture is superior to any other service company that advertises the same kind of work
Their own purified water tank brought to your residence or office is free of all impurities and chemicals. It is processed in their own facilities. The invention of their special nozzle is the certain key to the outstanding work they perform. The technician will show you how it works if you ask. The application of water and extraction is immediate giving a deep cleaning. There was a small rust spot on my carpet (they had come to clean furniture) ... the technician demonstrated with three quick swipes.....rust spot totally gone.
Middle to maybe slightly higher than some advertised companies, but who cares if they are giving you very best service and product.

Your representative was punctual - he called ten minutes before arrival, too - and worked diligently to finish the rug cleaning as quickly and efficiently as possible. The stains that I pinpointed are gone, and the rug does appear almost new again.
Although I had moved much of the furniture before his arrival, he helped me with a larger piece before and after the cleaning. He offered to do more, but told him I could handle that.
There is only this: as of this writing, nearly 30 hours after the completion of the cleaning, parts of the rug are still moist, despite the use of the high powered vacuum. Although the rug's "bumps" have decreased, there appears to me some "lumping up" in areas, perhaps due to the dampness that remains. Why would that be? Does a cleaning normally necessitate a "rug stretching?"

My wife and I have used Zerorez several times these past couple of months and been very happy with our service. price for 3 rooms + hallway was advertised for $159, we added 2 rooms + stair and the price went to $337, if you add rooms the price should have gone down per room not up.

We are very sorry you were not happy with the pricing for your cleaning. In reviewing your invoice, the price per room did not actually increase. You received our 3-room + free hall special for our advertised price of $159. You also had us clean 2 additional rooms and a set of stairs, which we priced as a second 3-room special for $159 so therefore, the additional 2 rooms and stairs were still done for the same per room price of $53. As we disclosed to you during the booking process, the only other fee we have is a $19 water disposal fee, which is what made your total to be $337. Unfortunately, we cannot justify a lower per-room price if additional rooms are added on because our costs do increase when the scope of work increases, but we do not increase our per-room price if additional work is added; the per-room price stays the same.

Your services were superb, including my initial inquiry about your services, the timely arrival time, the complete explanation of the services subject to my approval prior to starting the work, the efficient work, and the complete results, which were also subject to my approval and satisfaction. There was no sales pitch for additional services. I did inquire as to additional services the company offers (after the two man team completed my original requested service) and they listed the additional services the company provides, without any hard sell or pressure whatsoever. I would use them again without hesitation. Highly professional work.
