Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were not happy with the price but we do try to stay competitive with other company's. That is one reason the customer service rep. goes over the price with you and then when the tech arrives at your home he goes over the pricing again before he starts to clean.

Carpets were cleaned very well and the high traffic areas look so much better. There was no strong chemical cleaning smell.. I had six rooms and three rugs cleaned and it took less than two hours. Appreciated the professional service.

Very easy to set up appt. Two technicians came to my house - very friendly, and did work quickly. They were able to significantly lighten dark stains on a white carpet.

When the tech arrives and looks at the work to be done, offer suggestions on how to remove the more stubborn carpet stains. There were a few areas that needed a deeper cleaning, that may have been able to get completely cleaned, bug no suggestions/offers were made. Otherwise, it was a very good experience and the tech was professional and friendly.
I can't believe how you were able to remove age old spots on my light coloured carpeting !

Markus did a great job. One request I asked up front was to focus on the edges and corners. He said that was extra and I did not request it. Well, unless I miss the option to have it on the call, I thought it cane with the cleaning. He did a good job working on the edges and corners with his cleaning tool. If I would have realized this I would have paid extra. Please make sure your customers reaize this. Thanks

It was a pleasure dealing with Marcus. He arrived on time and was very conscientious about not tracking any dirt or mud into my house. He completed the upholstery shampooing very promptly. I was very pleased with the results.

I thought that your price was more expensive than some other companies like Sears and Stanley Steamer. The overall results were about the same.
