When the tech arrives and looks at the work to be done, offer suggestions on how to remove the more stubborn carpet stains. There were a few areas that needed a deeper cleaning, that may have been able to get completely cleaned, bug no suggestions/offers were made. Otherwise, it was a very good experience and the tech was professional and friendly.
I can't believe how you were able to remove age old spots on my light coloured carpeting !

Markus did a great job. One request I asked up front was to focus on the edges and corners. He said that was extra and I did not request it. Well, unless I miss the option to have it on the call, I thought it cane with the cleaning. He did a good job working on the edges and corners with his cleaning tool. If I would have realized this I would have paid extra. Please make sure your customers reaize this. Thanks

It was a pleasure dealing with Marcus. He arrived on time and was very conscientious about not tracking any dirt or mud into my house. He completed the upholstery shampooing very promptly. I was very pleased with the results.

The products used to clean the ceramic tile in my kitchen made it look better than it has for the 12 years I have lived here since buying the house. Not only did it look fantastic but I discovered that the grout was tinted blue to compliment the tile.
I can not say enough about Marcus and Jose. Not only did the do an outstanding job but were personable, polite, and attentive to insuring that the kitchen floor area was spotless before they left. They are an outstanding asset to your company.

He was quick and courteous. I did not notice an odor or residue once the carpets were dry. It did take far longer than he stated for the carpets to dry though. It was the next morning before my feet weren't wet when walking on it and he left in the late morning.

I like that you use all natural ingredient. I idon'thave to worry about my pets ingesting any dangerous chemical.

The carpet remains heavily stained after the second cleaning, and one room is actually worse now than before the second cleaning.

the service man was very professional,polite and friendly. The tile cleaned up very well on all my floors. The only downside was that the floors were not rinsed well after cleaning, leaving a residue behind. I didn't notice this until the service man was gone. I'm sure if I had mentioned it to him while he was still on site, he would have taken care of it.
