Great job on my carpets. I had one stain that did not come out completely and they came back out and fixed it. My mother is calling to schedule her carpets to be cleaned once she saw our carpets after your great cleaning.

What a great experience I had with Zerorez. Our technician was extremely friendly, answered all our questions and did an amazing job. Our carpets look and smell great and he was done in no time. We even found out that we were neighbors. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely tell our friends about your company. I loved the service. I haven't had my carpets cleaned in over 10 years. They were able to get out so many of the stains - my carpets look better than when I moved in my house. No chemical smells and safe for my dog.

Your technician was wonderful, but I was not given any instructions beforehand about how to have the room ready. I moved everything I could, but didn't realize that it would only be cleaned up to the furniture and not behind or under. Now we've moved a chair and have a noticeable difference in the carpet. It was far overpriced for only cleaning areas up to the large furniture. I could have rented a rug doctor and done the same job. Better communication about moving furniture would have been appreciated.

I have used Zerorez for carpet in several properties, but just took advantage of their tile/grout cleaning process...and WHAT a miracle! The floors are as beautiful now as when new. Another great job by Zerorez.

A couple of things I would have appreciated being told when I made the appointment is that technicians cannot move furniture, that wood and metal will react adversely with the water used to clean carpet, that there is an additional $19.00 water disposal fee.
The tech was very nice and considerate but he arrived 1 1/2 hours later then the appointment window. I know this was not his fault but it was quite a bit past the agreed upon arrival window and an inconvenience to me.

After 2 attempts, they cannot get the smell out of the carpet.

The technician, called in advance, arrived on time, and did a great job. We foster rescued Labrador Retrievers on a regular basis, including having two of our own, so our carpet gets a workout already, and then add to it that the foster dogs often have accidents shortly after arrival, so we really needed carpet cleaning. I clean regularly with a Bissell but we really needed professional help! Marcus, who cleaned our carpet was very thorough in pre-treatment and no one, from the person who took the service order over the phone initially, to the tech who cleaned our carpet suggested service we did not need. And they didn't offer to clean a strip of anything else in the house to show how it would also need cleaning as so many pushy service providers are prone to do. The office staff was great, too, returning my calls promptly when I had a question about the upcoming service. I am really glad to find a reliable carpet cleaning service. Thanks!
