I like how you were on time and called twice, also were willing to work with my schedule to be the first visit. However, it is hard to account for a really dirty carpet. I believe another once over would be good. You should always assume the dirtiest of carpets, I don't believe this was the assumption. I think a little more time could have been spent.
Other than that, scheduling was fantastic, and Chris was very courteous and professional... not to mention he came on a Sat to meet my schedule.
The house feels so much better.

Send more than one tech to a jobsite.One tech is not enough to move end tables and such.For seniors like us,we depend on your group for help.However,Your tech Boh did a pretty good job and was a good rep for your company.We would and will use you again.Thank You,Carl Last name removed

Our carpet is so clean! Much better than the previous chemical based service that we used. Zerorez was able to remove sticky residue from one of our plants which the other service couldn't. Will definitely use Zerorez in the future!

The technician was very polite. The carpet and rugs look very clean, even the playdoh came out of one of the rugs. Thank you very much! It was a pleasure to work with zerorez from the initial estimate through the cleaning.

The smell and stain were not fully removed from the area rug. The wall to wall went well
The carpets were not that dirty. Yet, even minor spots remain. There was no attempt to clean under the beds...yet there is nearly 7 inches clearance on all beds. I Will never use Zerorez again or recommend to anyone!
