We are very sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your carpet -cleaning experience. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction here at Zerorez. Unfortunately not all stains come out with our regular cleaning methods and require extra services to get them out which were offered and declined. We apologize that this was the case. We had Vince service our carpets and clean our dryer vent. the carpets are amazing and look new again. Makes us wonder why we did not do this sooner. Punctuality attention to detail and politeness
The technician who performed the service did a wonderful job on our old carpets! I knew from the start that our carpet needs to be replaced, but the Zerorez treatment made it look so much better. He also cleaned our recliner chairs and they haven't looked this good since we bought them ten years ago. He was thorough, upfront on the pricing and worked with a minimum of disruption. I was also surprised at how little time it took. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends!
I have called Zerorez twice, now. My carpet is 9 years old and suffered from heavy traffic. Instead, they ended up looking almost new. The floor was atrocious, but now it looks new. They cleaned my white grout in the most used areas (bathrooms and mudroom) and now they also look new. Their technicians were all polite, professional and dutiful.
Luis Padilla was so professional and kind. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him and Zerorez to anyone.
