No chemicals, Zerorez sucks out the water from the carpet that they put into the carpet to clean it.

After calling every carpet/rug cleaner in the DC-metro area, I am convinced that no one is as helpful, kind, and professional as the folks at Zerorez. Their customer service was fantastic, and my rug looks brand new. I would use them over and over again.

Equipment works good and has powerful suction. Getting dod hairs off the edge of carpet would be nice.

I liked the man that cleaned carpets, neat, tidy and kind. Although when he added the cushion foam squares under my red leather chair, he turned the back legs and they are now not as stable as they were before. He should have told me that he had difficulty with legs. More than likely, he was surprised the legs could move. Guess I didn’t realize he might not tell me he had a problem with legs.
I told him if he had any issues with anything, I was around.

Friendly staff, every room turned out great.

The process in how you clean the carpets are better than your competitors

The technician was curtious and professional and worked very hard. I just did not like the way the carpet felt when it dried. It is harder, like there is a residue. I am not sure there is anything you can do as it may just be the water you use. Either way, I miss the soft carpet.
Next week I plan to rent a cleaner and redo all of the floors.
Also when I had carpets cleaned in the past the edges were cleaned, the edges against the walls did not seem clean.
Also, some of the smaller stains either did not come up or came back.

Make sure that tech knows what sofa can be cleaned with water of chemicals so that supervisor does not need to follow up and do what should of been done the first time, Second time the job was done correct.

Luis is great. You got almost all stains out and left carpet fluffy. No chemicals!

It took longer for the carpet to dry than we expected. The carpets were cleaned well, it was just still wet in places two days later.

Great Service

Initially after the carpets were cleaned, they looked really great. Once they'd dried however, and I compared them to the color underneath furniture, I realized they were no cleaner than I was able to achieve with my personal steam cleaner.
I heard from another friend his experience was the same, and he'd ending up using Chem Dry who did get the carpets cleaned for a fraction of Xeroex's price. I was charged $216 for three rooms, whereas they have a 3-room special for $99.
Won't be using or recommending this company. Sorry.

The fellow performing the work was very friendly and eager to do a good job, making sure I was fully satisfied before leaving. Everything was done very well, and he is to be commended for his professionalism and high level of customer service.

Absolutely no residue, no chemical smell, stickiness, or crunching sound as I walked across the room when carpet finished drying. The professionalism of the staff and technicians were to notch. Of all carpet cleaners I’ve experienced in the past Zerorez comes out on top and I know I will be using them in the future.
