We just started referring Zerorez to our tenants for move out Cleaning’s this summer. They are hands down the best carpet cleaners we’ve ever had at our rental properties in 27 years. At the first apartment they did, the carpets looked amazing, all stains removed, they left the carpets nearly dry, and bright. And the stains did not return!

I was delighted, especially since I considered replacing the carpet that was only 4.5 years old, and had discolored traffic patterns, all gone after cleaning. Each apartment Zerorez did this summer had similar outstanding results including multiple crafting paint and glue stains in one, all gone.

I asked them to clean buildings common hallways, which were done this week, and the carpets look so clean and bright, they look new. The price is reasonable, and from my perspective, they’re who I’ll be using in my personal residence. I was also happy to learn they do upholstery as well. This company, the technicians, and the process is impressive, and I’ve never said that about any of the numerous companies that have serviced our rental properties.

They are very professional, clean and affordable... what more can be said.

My carpets had not been professionally cleaned for years. I heard an advertisement on WMAL and thought it was about time for carpet cleaning. For a low cost, a deep cleaning was performed by Jorge, a professional in every sense, as he cleaned three rooms and a hallway. There are No more spots and the carpet smells clean, too! I am very satisfied and will have zerorez clean my carpets each year!

No chemicals, no Oder, polite service worker. All around good service and great cleaning. They even impressed my husband. Carpets look great.

Overall, I think the rug is going to turn out well. Unfortunately, it's been almost two days since the job was completed and the rug is still damp. Of course, it's been raining and damp out, but the technician had said that it would take about 3 hours to dry and that was a "conservative" estimate taking into account the damp weather. We've had fans running the whole time. We even had it draped over some chairs so the entire rug was elevated for about 7-8 hours yesterday. Yet it's still damp. We had no choice yesterday evening but to put it back down and use it as we had company over. Hopefully we didn't get damp areas dirty. You also need to communicate better. Your website describes an elaborate in-plant cleaning process for oriental rugs. So I had thought that my appointment was for the person to pick up the rug and take it to the plant. I had assumed that was why your price was more than twice other quotes I received. Though admittedly, no other company actually asked what my carpet was made of, so perhaps they were simply giving me their lowest estimate based on synthetic fiber costs. Regardless, given that your website talked ONLY about your in-plant cleaning process when it comes to area rugs, I had assumed that's what we were getting. However, your technician (who was very nice and seemed knowledgeable) assured me that, though it was very dirty, since we did not have any major stains or pet issues, there was no need for in-plant cleaning. Given that, the assurance that we could have use of our rug back in just a few hours, and that he said in-plant service would cost even more (though he didn't say how much), I agreed to have him clean it there. As I said in the beginning, it appears that it's going to turn out okay, but I am concerned about it being damp for almost 48 hours now and what dirt it may be picking up in the meantime. We're trying to stay off of it, but it's in the middle of our living room and it's been 2 days. I'll check it out again when I get home this evening. Should I worry about mildew or anything? Regarding the communication issue, I really think you should consider updating your website and be crystal clear about whether you're quoting for in-home or in-plant cleaning. Whether it was intentional or not, it really felt like a bait and switch.

Quick turn around time and dried quickly

You were recommended to us from 2 family members, and I am sure we are going to like your products and our carpets, when we see how long it lasts with just the 2 of us living here.

Fast service, polite members, quick drying.

The service was fast and efficient. Carpet was very clean, with several stains removed and it dried quickly. The other benefit was that the equipment was relatively quiet inside the house and for our neighbors, pretty quiet outside as well.

Punctuality! Great service

Harrison did a great job on our carpet!! There were two really tough traffic spots in front of our couch that I asked him to go over again and they definitely improved from the first pass with the machine. The spots are only slightly visible (so now, of course I wonder if one more attempt might have made them vanish. =)
Overall I am very happy with the product. No order at all, it took about 15 hours to completely dry.
I do wish that a "minimum" charge was not necessary, the price was steeper than other vendors.

The technician was extremely courteous and wore clean shoe covers in my home. I really appreciated that ZeroRez was not only half the price of Stanley Steemer, this company did a better job than Stanley Steemer AND I was able to get a slot for cleaning within 24 hours of my phone call (versus the month-long wait to get Stanley Steemer).

I also like that you advertise on WMAL talk radio (660 AM and 105.9 FM).

Excellent customer service! This is the second time I've used Zerorez and have been completely satisfied both times. I have two older cats and Jorge did a great job at eliminating the stains and odors on the basement carpet. Equally satisfied with the grout cleaning and resealing of the ceramic floor in the kitchen. It looks like new! I also appreciated his honesty when he told me the type of fabric on the sofa would not yield good results from a cleaning. Jorge made sure I was satisfied with each area that was cleaned before leaving. This is a class company who prides themselves on customer service and satisfaction.
