Showed up on time and did a nice job.
This was our third cleaning by Zerorez! They are terrific! Our family fosters rescued dogs and accidents are bound to happen. The wonderful Zerorez techs work miracles! High quality technique performed by high quality techs! Highly recommended!
My main suggestion would be to allow/instruct your technichians to move items of furniture such as chairs, coffee tables, side tables, nightstands, etc. when they clean. Senior residents many times are not able to do this and, therefore get a spotty, incomplete cleaning job on area carpets and wall to wall carpets. This fact would disuade us from using your service again. My husband and I ended up moving items the two of us could lift, in order to get a more complete cleaning. Our wall to wall carpet is old and we plan to replace it, but in many instances, when the carpet dried, there were several areas that did not come clean - particularly in the Master Bedroom and upstairs hallway. Despite the fact that the two man crew completed their task before noon, it took a complete 24 hours to dry. I was also surprised by the fact that they cleaned the carpets, rugs and four 12 ft. runners, including set up, in 1 hr. and fifteen minutes from the time of their arrival at our home -- a three level 2100 sq. ft Townhouse. That is a record time, looking at our past experiences.

Rug was completed ahead of schedule and came out like new! I chose to deliver the it to the local facility for cleaning and love that it was wrapped in plastic for easy transportation back home.

I had heard of Zerorez's technology and decided to try them to clean a couch and two rugs. Frankly, I thought the couch was beyond hope, covered with stains from two kids and two dogs. I was shocked and amazed at how clean and bright it now looks. The rugs also look terrific. Luis was super to work with and very efficient. Will absolutely use them again.

Luis has cleaned floors at our home twice now, one year apart. he is very thorough and professional. And the floors look great, even the 24 year-old carpet on the basement stairs. He cleaned our "old" hardwood floors this visit and they look better than ever now.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning, but the upholstery cleaning didn't work out very well. HOWEVER, to be fair, it's the first time in 13 years that I've had it cleaned. That's my fault. I will absolutely continue to use Zerorez!
