The product works great on the really tough stains. The technician was very thorough. He explained what he did and kept the areas clean that he worked in.
Loved the professional service and our carpets look great! My only complaint was that I had been initially told that the carpets would take 4-8 hours to dry and it has been 26 hours and they are still damp.

I now have at least 7 large stains on my carpet that were not there prior to the cleaning. My carpet now has to be replaced.
I feel the clean I get it’s Zerorez is so much better than other services I’ve used. My carpets are actually fluffy after cleaning.
First of all the guy came 1 1/2 LATE. The next day, I checked his work and I thought was horrible job, but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and waited a few days to make sure the chairs were completely dried. They still look HORRIBLE/DIRTY!!!

They friendly, fast but do great work. I could actually see the difference my carpets. They are also flexible since I called to reschedule my first appointment.

The guy that did the cleaning was on time, professional and through. Service was very good.
My carpet looks worse now than before it was cleaned (three times over). I have large stains brown stains all over the hallway and in at least two of the four bedrooms. They look like large coffee stains. At this point, my carpet will have to be replaced, and I will be seeking restitution.
