Service is the best! Very caring, friendly staff, a pleasure to have in my home. Luis is the best, so glad he’s training Rodney who is awesome too! Love the look and fresh clean smell of my carpets after Zerorez comes.
THE FIRST TIME YOU CAME LAST YEAR, MY CARPETS LOOKED AWESOME. THIS TIME, THERE ARE PARTS THAT DON'T LOOK CLEAN. IT JUST SEEMS LIKE THE JOB WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY AND THE RESULTS WEREN'T AS GOOD. MARCUS CLEANED OUR CARPER LAST YEAR AND DID AN AMAZING JOB. I WAS ALSO ENTITLED TO A FREE HALLWAY BUT THE TECHNICIAN DIDN'T MENTION IT. I HAD TO ASK.

Zerorez is consistent. Consistently on time, consistently does a great job and the jobs last...our carpets remain pristine for awhile. We love that they use their own water and don't run anything through a bathroom. Employees are efficient and kind. Keep up whatever you're doing because it works!
Zerorez was timely. Our cleaner was very courteous and friendly and did a great job in reviving our dirty carpets especially eliminating some tough pet and rust stains.
Professional and friendly service. Thorough work. Carpets not left soaking wet so they dried without issue.
My carpet and area rugs look great (even though they are 15 years old, had never been professionally cleaned and required extra attention) and the work was performed for VERY reasonable/affordable rates. But what I like best about Zerorez is the customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
A comprehensive estimate provided to me over the phone and in email the same afternoon as my request. Jonathan called to understand my need and was very clear on what he could quote on the phone and what would have to be determined by the technician. The technician, Luis, arrived at the designated time, was knowledgeable, patient with my many questions, and super friendly yet professional. His work was thorough and completed in a timely manner.
When old stains resurfaced a couple days after the initial treatment, I contacted Zeorez. Again, Jonathan in the office was very accommodating of the request to have Luis come back out and Luis was just as affable as he was the first time around. Those old stains are now gone.
Family room carpet cleaned,... not as clean as other prior companies, looked as if solution used diluted the soil, spread it around and not sufficiently vacuumed out. Not happy with end result and doubt if will ever use zerorez again, Am cancelling my grout cleaning service scheduled for or 10/31 because of this. Technician was a wonderful man. Soil areas did not show until dried out next day. They called and let me know when they were 30 minutes out. They were personable and explained what they were going to do. They also were able to provide me with a quote on another section of the house and showed me how the service would work for the hard wood floors. Thank you

I chose Zerores because they don't use chemicals to get the rugs clean. Their process works, my rugs look great and the best part is that its safe for my dog who always hangs out on the landing.
Luis was wonderful; very professional and helpful in addressing my questions and did a great job - it looks so much better.

Excellent service, caring about results.
Service was efficient, friendly, professional and the carpets look good, but the cleaning was done Tuesday evening and as of now (Thursday morning) they're still not dry enough to put furniture back in place. I've had ceiling fans on since the service was done as recommended by Luis, then added portable fans to help and still.......too damp to even walk on comfortably (if in socks, they get damp). Very inconvenient to have bedrooms in disarray. I would recommend to friends, but with caution....because it's possible the time of year is a factor - our house is cooler in fall and winter, perhaps summer months would yield a quicker drying time.
The man who did our carpet cleaning was efficient and polite. I was hoping that some of the lightweight chairs and end tables could have been moved aside for the carpet to be cleaned. He said it wasn't policy to move furniture. Also, there was a black drippy looking stain on our recently installed hard wood stairs. This wood was varnished wood and in place for three weeks. We now need to contact the carpenter for repairs because it isn't removable.

Harrison was courteous and informative. He took the time to specially treat difficult spots, and most importantly, our carpet is now free of soil marks and tomato sauce residue that had been hanging around for 10 years!
My service was performed very well and efficiently. A very friendly serviceman, willing to go above and beyond. Carpet looks very nice and clean.
We mostly appreciated the dedication of Luis. His attention to our requests and effort to work on areas of importance to us was above what was expected.
