The Zerorez team called prior to arrival, arrived on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. This was a follow-up visit, so we will see if the spots have been successfully removed.

Very disappointed. Bedroom has a much stronger odor of urine than it did before zerorez cleaned it. I noticed yellow areas on top of the carpet while the Tech was here and dabbed it with a paper towel. It smelled like urine and was yellow. Tech said it was the chemical he used. Stains in basement are still there. $330 wasted.
