The carpet on the stairs remained wet for nearly 24 hours. I am thinking they were not suctioned enough.

You need to be more upfront about fees ie, advertising $147 and then adding on another
$12. Also, that a wool rug costs more than a synthetic rug.
Technician did his job well, but wasn't able to remove some grease spots. Not his fault,
solution doesn't work as well as I would have liked.

When I request a certain technician come to clean I would expect that person to show up not a stranger.
We do apologize Ms. Rosenbaum, while we make every attempt to honor the request of our guests, we are not always able to accommodate everyone based on business needs on a specific day. The tech requested was simply not available to provide service so we sent out another one of our wonderful technicians in his place. We hope you were still pleased with his skill, service, and the results. We thank you for being a loyal Zerorez Customer and truly appreciate your business.
Carpet looks like new and no harsh chemicals or odors
The tech, Luis Padilla was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our carpets are now clean and fresh.

Zerorez cleaned the carpets in our house and when they dried, one carpet showed some stains. This was reported to Zerorez who sent an operator back and the carpet was re-cleaned at no extra charge. A company that stands by their claim of providing full satisfaction.

The carpet and sofa cleaning results. Were not pleased with the tile work. Customer service was excellent. Luis was awesome and very professional.

Jonathan was great. Trying to figure out what to do from the contractors so-called “protection” of my carpets (which was plastic w/some adhesive that now has caused an outline of where it was placed). Carpet looks good but I think time will tell if what was applied to that particular section actually worked. This is not no fault of the company but trying to figure out next option, if necessary.

The service was better than the previous time you came---ALL of the spots and stains came out. And there was no odor, as usual, to bother my sinuses. Good job!

Our carpet may be cleaner, but no stains were removed and more stains actually appeared. All in all the carpet arguably looks worse than before your services. I may have had higher expectations due to advertised results, that in our case were not achieved. To be honest, no stains were removed
We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. Stains can definitely be tricky and depending on the type of stain, not all of them will be able to be brought out. However we would be willing to come out and try again for you.
