Super nice service person.
Unfortunately the technician never came when scheduled. I was in communication with someone during this time and fortunately they made up for it with a discounted price and including couches and rugs. however, the fact that they did not come when originally scheduled nor told me this until I contacted them, did not leave the best impression.
Shelby, we are extremely sorry about the issue with the communication regarding the technician and the arrival. We try to keep our customers as informed as possible of our technician's expected arrival time and any tardiness. We do apologize you were not kept better informed and that you were inconvenienced. This is not customary of our business and we appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to make it right and come the next morning
Need some kind of "Cleaner Smell" after the Carpet cleaning .

The reason being is we have some customers that can't take the smell of fragrance so we ask that you request this at the time of service which is extra. My hardwood floors and carpet had not been cleaned for years, and yesterday my Zerorez tech changed them into beautiful, clean, chemical free walking areas. There was no mess in my house, as hose was hooked up to the truck, and all solution went back into truck. Besides how great my floors look, how nice, professional, and knowledgeable my tech was, and how efficient the process was, the best thing was knowing there were no chemicals involved in the process, especially as my many grandchildren are often here and I don't want them exposed to any more chemicals than are already everywhere! Thank you Zerorez and WMAL - my inspiration!

They do the job! I’m not at all happy about paying for mediocre work, but that isn’t a worry with Zerorez.
I feel grossly overcharged by your pet topical treatment. $100 for a small amount of chemical sprayed from a squirt bottle which apparently doesn't work well.

Zerorez was amazing!! From beginning to end..the customer service and quality of work was impeccable. We got a special that was going on and it was worth it! All of the treated areas are like brand new. Luis our technician was friendly, FAST, and did every inch of our flooring. We will certainly recommend him and use again.

My floors will still extremely wet 8 hours after you left. I had to borrow fans from my neighbors to dry the floor.
The next day the carpets look no different than they did before.
Risa, We are sorry you experienced those issues. Unfortunately with some of these humid summer days if you do not have good air circulation sometimes it can take up to 12 hours to completely dry the carpets. We would love to come out and take another look to see what we can do to make those carpets look better. Please contact our office so that we can make arrangements to schedule a re-service appointment.
The cost and service were pretty good!
The technician was extremely pleasant and professional and did a great job.
We had 2 rooms cleaned and a staircase also. The hallway was included in the price. However, one of the rooms still has blood stains, so don't think anything was specially treated. I had requested our dining room rug also be cleaned and indicated that it was an oriental rug and assumed it would be cleaned appropriately. the invoice indicated that a synthetic rug was cleaned for $50. Yes, the rug looks cleaner, but not certain it was treated properly, as it hasn't been cleaned in many years.

From the moment our technician, Marquis, came into our home, he politely introduced himself, and my husband and I immediately felt very comfortable, and we knew that we would be well taken care of, and happy with the results! I loved that there was absolutely no mess, no use of our water. In the past with other carpet cleaning companies,we were very upset that there was water all over our hardwood floors from the hoses that led to our sinks in the laundry room and bathrooms. Marquis, was very patient with our concerns about certain areas. And while he did a very excellent job, he also was rather fast, which we were also very pleased with! We had heard about this company on the radio, and I will definitely recommend your service to my friends, and we will definitely make arrangements to have your company come back when we need it, but most especially because of your great employee, Marquis!
