How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician spent a lot of time explaining to me why certain stains wouldn't come out of the carpet, but when he actually tried (at my insistence) they did. I just feel like he did the bare minimum and he didn't move anything. He also seemed to have a lot of trouble with the stairs. Perhaps not the best technician to send to a 3 level townhouse.

the technician didn't spend much time cleaning the carpet - I think they could have done a much better job if they had spent more time cleaning the carpet.

I wouldn't recommend.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I previously used your services on two different occasions. And I was very satisfied with service and the technicians. This time, I was very displeased and frustrated.

1. The wait time for the technician to arrive was very inconvenient and frustrating. The time frame was from 8-10, only to find out that at 9:45 when I called in, the sales reps says it's still in the time frame and he's on his way. Coming from out of town without any updates and waiting for almost 2 hours was very annoying.

2. There were 5 brown small; nail end size, spots on the floor. The technician said the spots were dog feeces, which I beg to differ. The fee for each spot was $50. With great disappointment, the treatment failed. Only later that I solved the problem and it didn't cost me $250.

3. And finally I called the sales rep about my dissatisfaction about the spot removal. I was told that one of the managers / supervisors would be in touch with me before COB. Of course that didn't happen.

Unless you convince me otherwise, IF I use your business in the future, I hope it is not going to be from Sterling branch.

Much disappointment and dissatisfied ex-customer.

We do provide you with a 2.5 hour arrival window to try to help in planning your day as much as possible as we understand how waiting around for a serviceman/woman can be frustrating. We ask our Technicians to call our customers 30 minutes prior to arrival to advise them they are on the way to keep them informed, we will look closer into why this was not done. How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

For $355 for a small sectional (2 pieces), I was expecting the stains to be gone, and the couch to look much better. I have had this couch cleaned for $100 many times with the same results as I got for spending $355. I will go back to having it cleaned for less money.

What could we do to improve?

Unfortunately the technician never came when scheduled. I was in communication with someone during this time and fortunately they made up for it with a discounted price and including couches and rugs. however, the fact that they did not come when originally scheduled nor told me this until I contacted them, did not leave the best impression.

Spot treatment is a little overpriced some small spots are to be expected and should be included, say 5 under 1" free

What do you like about our products and services?

My hardwood floors and carpet had not been cleaned for years, and yesterday my Zerorez tech changed them into beautiful, clean, chemical free walking areas. There was no mess in my house, as hose was hooked up to the truck, and all solution went back into truck. Besides how great my floors look, how nice, professional, and knowledgeable my tech was, and how efficient the process was, the best thing was knowing there were no chemicals involved in the process, especially as my many grandchildren are often here and I don't want them exposed to any more chemicals than are already everywhere! Thank you Zerorez and WMAL - my inspiration!

I feel grossly overcharged by your pet topical treatment. $100 for a small amount of chemical sprayed from a squirt bottle which apparently doesn't work well.
