The Zerorez crew was terrific and their results were amazing

There wasn't a very high attention to detail regarding one of the items that was cleaned. Several surfaces were missed. Could have been a result of the technician watching videos on their phone during the visit. Not happy but I also don't have the time to have someone come back to fix/redo the service. The other item cleaning met expectations but the residual smell of the cleaner isn't very palatable so I wouldn't say that the service exceeded expectations.

The carpet wasn’t cleaned good and it’s still smelled bad and still seems to be dirty, I think the work has done quick and not properly for that reason I am not so satisfied enough.

Clean carpets

I have lost track of how times Zerorez has helped me out — seven or eight, I think. They made my carpets and tile and upholstery floors spotless when I put my house on the market. They did a good “once over” on the new home so I could move in with confidence that it was very clean. Luis and Corey bend over backwards to accommodate my schedule. Can I add more stars?

After the carpet on the stairs was wet-cleaned, I still smelled my dog odor. I sprayed vinegar water on the landings to get rid of the smell. When I scrubbed the carpet with paper towels, I found dog hairs on them. Now I have to scrub all steps to remove the dog hair.

It was a great experience and would recommend your company.

I thought your products were amazing Our stairs look brand new. I also want to congratulate you on the young man that came to clean our carpets on our stairs. Luis Padilla was extremely professional. Extremely customer friendly. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Took his time making sure that he cleaned our stairs as best he could and to our satisfaction. We have wooden floors. When Luis finished his work there was not one drop of water on our floors. I could not believe it. I congratulate you on having such an amazing young man on your staff. We will certainly use you again. Have given your number to three of our neighbors.
