We pets, I like that no chemicals are used and pet stains are removed.
Some of the stains are now worse/darker than before cleaning. Radio commercials lead you to believe pet smells will be eliminated, but not the case.

Everything went fine. Your technicians were proficient, technically sound and friendly. The only problem I have is that after 24 hours our carpet in both areas cleaned is still wet. We have a cleaning company we've used for years prior to your. With their service carpets were dry within a few hours; this was also stated by one of your technicians, too. We may choose to go back to them if the carpets are still wet throughout tomorrow. Until further notice, your techs did a great job! The before and after pics were proof positive of the service. Please let us know if the carpets were not dry the next morning. We assure you this is much longer than the expected dry time of the carpets. Our standard dry time is only 4-8 hours, so to hear it has taken over 24 hours is definitely an uncommon occurrence. We will look into what could have happened that would have caused the water to be saturated enough to cause the carpets to remain damp for that period of time. Please know that this is not typical of our methods, processes, or training's, and should you go with us again this should never be an issue.
