My carpets look and feel clean. The product does not contain harsh chemicals and leaves no odor. The service man arrived on time and it was affordable for a Senior like me. I will certainly use Zerorez again.
Zerorez is a great carpet cleaning service and their service technicians are courteous and knowledgeable about the service they deliver. They will be my preferred carpet service for years to come.
Proposal should more accurate.if one has to visit site to determine the measurements, so be it.
Any changes to the agreed proposal seems CHEATING. It's a harsh word. Shock is better to convey the message.
We apologize for the confusion on pricing. We do try to be as accurate and transparent as possible when it comes to price. However, in certain situations there are additional costs, such as rooms over the allotted square footage or stain removal services. We in no way mean this to come across as cheating or as shocking to our clients and will do a better job to make sure these items are more clearly understood when booking. Our old carpets came clean except for a forgotten coffee stain and a worn down section in front of the rec room sofa. The work was done quickly and efficiently. It took longer to dry than expected.

I highly recommend Zerorez. They are professional, prompt, and creative in solving logistical challenges to cleaning unique spaces. (4 story townhouse). I am always pleased with their work and their honesty and integrity.

After they left our apartment I realize they hit our baseboard and took a little chunk out of it. Sloppy on their part to be hitting the baseboard with the machines. Very nice staff, just wish they had been more careful. If you don't know how to control those machines, you shouldn't be using them. And if you realize you did damage to someone's home, be honest and tell them rather than trying to get away with it.

The carpet looks and feels like new. Techs were friendly and on time and explained everything as they were doing it.

This visit was the 4th time that I have used your services.
I do want to place a complaint this time, the bedroom carpet was left pretty wet and took about two full days to dry out. I am not happy about that since I do have good wood floors under that carpet and I don't know if the water soaked into the carpet and left my wood floors damaged. This will not happen again.
I didn't go in and test that before your technician left, but I will check everything along that line if I use your service again.
One of the things that I have always bragged about your service is the fact that the carpets are not left wet. The living room and dining room carpets seemed to be okay so I didn't double check the others, but that is a lesson for me in the future.
Other than that, I have always been happy with your service.

Your staff could not have been more friendly or cooperative. However the finish was not as good as I expected. All looked grand when your staff left, but once the carpets dried some marking still showed.
It was great second time using them and the crews were great. Carpets look good to!

This is the 3rd time we have used zerorez. The service personnel are punctional,
professional, courteous AND always get the carpets very clean.
Can't ask for much more than that!

Luis Padilla came when promised, took the amount of time he said it would and he did a great job. He is a very pleasant young man. I gave a referral to a friend and she had Zerorez do her rugs and furniture and told me she was as pleased as we were.
