Jorge and Jonathan have EXCELLENT Customer Service skills! Jorge explained what he would be doing, had a great attitude the entire time, and worked very hard. He did an excellent job and we would definitely recommend this company, and particularly Jorge, to anyone. Also, my interactions with Jonathan were always positive and he was very thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable. Both of these gentlemen were an absolute joy to work with.

I was disappointed in the results of the supposed cleaning and odor removal of my 5x7 wool rug. The results do not smell or look like any sort of professional cleaning service was performed. It is still damp even after 5 days.
The cleaning did not clean the rug; there are stain spots still visible (on the top) and made the rug smell in areas that did not originally smell.
The odor removal process left the entire rug smelling.
My expectations after listening to the Zerorez DC representatives that the cleaning process would remove all stains on the top of the rug as well as cleaning of embedded dust, dander and other impurities and irritants. The odor removal process would neutralize amd eliminate the pet urine smell.
The procedure did none of these things.
What the procedure did suceed in doing was adversely affect the hardwood flooring under the area rug.
I feel I wasted $171 on nothing. This is why I will not be recommending this cleaning service to anyone.
I have called the Zerorez DC office, explained my disappointment and have requested a full refund.

I love that the cleaning is done without chemicals and yet you still manage to get out set in stains (including vomit from a toddler who drank a bunch of chocolate milk!).
The lack of chemicals in the water.
We were called before the cleaning was done that you could not clean the fringes on two rugs.
we said ok. The rugs were "clued" to the floor as the water had come and dried while we were on vacation, The water was colored brown from the patio from were it overflowed to the house.
When we got the rugs bag, I applied Oxyclean and also only plain water on the fringes and was able to get the dirty water out. The discoloration was still also on the rug at the edge of the rug.
we wonder how you cleaned them and how you claim to have gotten the brown water out as there was still the residue near the fringes.

I had juice stains that were not removed. I thought that there would be something Zerorez could do, but I got the same results that I got from Stanley Steamer. And I paid a little more by using Zerorez.
