I brought my motor home last Monday for warranty work. I was told that I would be contacted the same afternoon. No call just crickets. I have heard from friends that communication is poor. From my experience I would agree.

I would love to give a shout out to the supervisors of Justin, Dennis, Mike from the Oak Ridge office. They are the best and have taken care of my wife and I through all our RV needs. We have purchased "Several" RV from Oak Ridge (Garick) and now (Alpin Haus).
We would like you to know that not everything has always gone smooth but Justin has ALWAYS made sure things were made right by us as customers. Dennis, has made sure all our paperwork was completed and that we were getting the best rates possible.

They had my camper since May of 2021, ordered the wrong part to begin with didn’t get it put in until December 2021. Will never do business with them again. Maybe pay attention and order the appropriate part to begin with.
Everyone is very nice which doesn't cost anything but builds customer loyality. They do what they say even with set backs. We believe that all staff members have the customer's interest in their decisions within the confines of Alpine Haus processes
The need to keep the inventory correct on the locations if your inventory. I was shown and put a deposit on a trailer that was already purchased. I then went and looked at the trailer I put a deposit on and had a few things that needed attention that should have been checked during delivery. I almost walked away. Then when I went to pick up the trailer the main items that were damaged were not addressed and more items were found to be broken. I have yet to receive a phone call on the parts ordered.
I was taken care of very professionally and friendly. The work was done on time. Some extra requests were handled as well. I was pleased with the experience.
Loved Mike and Dennis and Justin.! All very helpful and knowledgeable about the trailer, financing and helpful with questions and delivery. I am very satisfied with this experience and have already referred others to Alpin Haus.

Excellent customer service. They truly take care of you from the beginning to the end and beyond. It's good to do business with this company because it's a mom and pop type store, you get direct service in a kind, professional manner, not a sales person trying to make a commission. Besides all that. They have top of the line vehicles for every budget.
Services have been reasonably quick and thorough. No problems encountered and personnel have been friendly and easy to work with.

We bought a camper from Alpin Haus. The process for the most part went good. There was some issues with our camper.
Prices are too high because, I think, there is no competition. In addition, although the service managers are friendly and professional, they do not communicate in a timely manner.

The service department tried to charge me $500 for a 30 minute job to repair a pipe that should’ve been under warranty because they already fixed it less than 12 months ago. Then, when I declined the work being done they made me pay $114 for a “diagnostic” fee for looking at the camper for less than 5 minutes. I dropped it off and it sat for 2 weeks when I was told it was going to be looked at the week I dropped it off. Their technicians stated the pipe must’ve froze because there was no antifreeze. The reason for no antifreeze was because the pipe they installed cracked and the antifreeze leaked out all over my driveway. Nothing else, including the trap connected to the pipe that cracked, was broken. If there was no antifreeze then all those other things would’ve cracked as well.
I will never come back to Alpin Haus and I’ve already put it out on social media and also to everyone I camp with not to come to your company. The customer service was not good and they’re blaming me for a faulty product they installed. I don’t believe this can ever be rectified. I would never feel comfortable bringing my camper back or having anyone I know bring their campers there either. There aren’t a lot of places for people to go for camper repairs and this experience was one I will negatively remember. Thank you.

I wold be more likely to use the saratoga store if the winter storege aria was fenced in with security cctv cameras.

We just purchased our 5th camper over the last 30 years from Alpin Haus (3rd in 6 years). They have always been professional and helpful every step of the way. Our last salesman (Pat Lucci) sat with us for 30 minutes asking questions before trying to sell us anything. Then he took the time to match us up to a great camper and a great deal. And the RV Warranty Forever program is just the icing on the cake.
