I’ve brought my camper down multiple time as the thermostat sensor has never worked correctly. The last time in the fall it was tested and determined to be functioning fine and returned to us. In the fall we found the thermostat competent melted. When we brought it back we found that the last technician to touch the camper has held a torch to the thermostat directly and documented that he melted it and it needed to be replaced. This info was never passed to us and when I called to discuss the matter further once the camper was returned no one has returned my message. Please reach out to me so I can have a better understanding of what else this tech may have “held a torch to”.
I like that everyone was friendly, informative and honest with every step of the buying process. We needed the camper for memorial weekend and Nick, Keith and Dan delivered! These three guys are not only likable but have the sales expertise to make Alpin Haus expand and prosper!
I failed to get the service persons name that helped us stock up on much needed supplies but she was awesome too and new exactly what we would need for our first sucessful camping weekend.

The service department was very supportive and said they would work with our manufacturer on a problem. It was good to have their support with a difficult problem so we were not on our own.
Staff was very helpful and courteous. Service was very good.
Sales people are honest and so are service staff, but pricing at MSRP when 90% of inventory can be sold well below and still generate an honest and fair profit, combined with ungodly high interest rates is going to kill your business
When we were purchasing the RV we changed our minds many times. The salesman was very patient with us the entire time. Service is very helpful as well. Were first time RV owners and have many questions, they are also patient with us as well.

The complete experience of buying our 337 Grand Design has been enjoyable. The folks at ALPIN HAUS Saratoga have gone out of their way to make the process a pleasant one. I want to say that Jess Balac has gone way out of her way to help us with the minor issues and is wonderful to work with. I will tell all our friends to shop at Alpin Haus Saratoga

Whenever any issues come up with my camper, I feel like I have to battle with your team regarding warranty/coverage that I purchased. I was initially told that when I dropped off my camper that if the part had to be replaced then it should be covered. Afterwards I get a call that it wouldn’t be covered and I would be paying for everything out of pocket. After stating that I wanted my original sales rep to call me back to go over what the policy I purchased actually covered, Jennifer called back the next day to state that the repairs will indeed be covered. I work in sales and know if I tried to get one over on my customers, then I won’t have repeat customers. Also, when I went to pick up my camper the battery was disconnected and the cover was off. The strap holding the cover down was missing and the service shop was closed. Someone from sales was still there so was able to get a replacement albiet not what I wanted.
Family friendly and helpful
We came to pick up our RV only to find it was totally scratched on one side. The assistant service manager ensured it would corrected, well it was buffed but now we have blemishes all over the spots they buffed. We live an hour away so it was a wasted trip and very disappointing to find out practically new camper damaged while at your shop
You got us right in for new batteries for our motorhome and everyone was very friendly. Thank you.

Recently had RV serviced for Forever Warranty. I didn't realize the service location was separate from the sales location, and I got a bit panicked when I couldn't find my RV at the sales location. They had send me a reminder of the location in a text, but I didn't notice it was a different address. Glad my RV was safe and sound and I was able to find the service location easy enough the following day, but did cause some panic on my end when I couldn't find my RV when I went to pick it up at the sales location.

Picked up camper that was dropped off on October 2022 on April 28th 2023. Camper was in for damage repairs that happened during previous service visit which I had to fight to get repairs completed by Alpin Haus since it was not damaged when I dropped it off and was when I picked it up. Also minor service repair was needed to wardrobe slide while it was in for the repairs. When I picked up the camper on April 28th I was not provided any paperwork to document what repairs happened and was very hard to find anybody in the service department at the time I picked it up around 11:30AM. The capture plate was missing from the hitch and not in the camper anywhere to be found. I had to get the service manager to find out where it was which was left in the back of a truck and the lock nut was missing from the lock bolt to which the person who brought it out to me went and found one then asked me for my tools to install it back on the camper. When I was waiting for the capture plate to be located I noticed the front compartment door was damaged as if something hit it which was not that way when I dropped it off in October. After noticing this I went inside to inspect the wardrobe slide and nothing was fixed on that either during the visit. I went back into the service dept to get the service manager to show him the new damage now present on the camper and discuss what was going to be done to fix it. So camper was purchased new from the January 2022 show in Saratoga and had been in for service twice and both times was damaged by somebody from or at Aplin Haus. Very unhappy with having this camper at Aplin Haus for any service as I cant trust that its not going to be in worse shape then when I brought it in. Had major issues with finance manager in Wilton/Saratoga location when we signed the paperwork for the camper last year being obnoxious to us buying our first RV and then getting a camper that didn't come with all its standard features that were listed on it only to be told the dealer was credited for the missing rear ladder but never marked down the unit any lower then the ones in stock that had a rear ladder. Also was told the RV was being sold with two new AGM batteries when we signed the paperwork and then after to be told this would be an upcharge and I would have to pay the difference. From day two of dealing with Alpin Haus on this $55,000.00 Keystone Cougar Fifth wheel it has been nothing but a hassle and agervation. Lots of time fighting on the phone to get the first damage repair covered and then only to have it be damaged again is unacceptable and I can not in good conscious recommend anybody do business with Alpin Haus.
Material was ordered and received quickly.
Installation was completed on time and as promised.

I like the apex products seem to be well made, will let you know on due time. Service was also very good.
