I had some work done on my motorhome. The people that were all the people that are involved all the equipment and all the different units that we had put into the motor home makes it more comfortable and more usable for me. And my wife. Little bit more to do, but if you need anything done I would go to open house RV. En route 5 in Amsterdam, that's route 5S in Amsterdam.\n If it was up to me, I would give them 75 stars.
They also have a very good store for all your stuff that you may need. They have sales on different things.\n And if you like those Getty glasses that's good for hot and cold drinks, they have them there. The end.
The purchase of my RV was thoroughly explained. The staff were very helpful. After it quits snowing and I actually pick up my RV, I might have more to say.
Everyone is friendly and helpful.
All personnel in the service department go the extra distance to make sure work is completed correctly and to my satisfaction.
Very knowledgeable, understanding, easy to talk with. We would like to honor....every fun energetic ,caring, employee who assisted us with our new RV.

We had our camper inspected prior to the season. Alpin Haus found some issues, one of which could have become a major issue down the road. The staff were constantly in touch with me and they were looking out for my interests and not just looking for a charge to add to the bill.
The service was fantastic. Jake was the best!
We were keeping in touch we are almost a month before we got it together and we actually got up there and met him. He was fantastic. Great guy all around very very helpful. We got our dream camper from their through Jake and we couldnāt be happier all of the people there were fantastic from the receptionist when you first walk in to Jake for the finance guy I believe his name was Jim couldnāt ask for better. Will highly recommend you people thank you!!

The staff is very helpful.
The service team worked with us patiently even though it took forever to get through to Volta to get our RV fixed. Due to the amount of time we had to wait, they gave a complimentary detail which was very kind.
Steve and service department has taken care of a difficult to diagnose problem with my brand new Thor Tranquility. Should have gone there sooner.

I dropped my rv off for warranty work in October and it's still not repaired. There's only about a weeks worth of work to be done. One item to be addressed wasn't even looked into until February. When I dropped it off I told them I had a trip planned for the first week of March. March is just a few days away and the trailer will not be repaired in time. Literally nothing was done the whole month of November as the service department dropped the ball and didn't order parts needed. Whoevery is in charge of the service department has not been paying attention to how work gets done. Very inefficient...
Friendly and efficient staff in sales and maintenance departments. Location is very convenient. Wish you still had rentals available.

From the moment we walked through the door, the service was truly exceptional. Kathy greeted us right away and was an absolute pleasureāwarm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Although the sales team was busy when we arrived, she happily spent time with us, made us feel completely at home, and even offered beverages from the coffee station while we waited.
While we were waiting, Matt, the business manager, unexpectedly stepped in to assist us, which was incredibly thoughtful and greatly appreciated. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and went above and beyond by grabbing the keys so we could view the camper we had driven nearly two hours to see. He also showed us another option that perfectly fit our needs and gave us the space and time to explore and discuss without any pressure.
When we returned inside, Steve was ready to work with us and was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The entire process was stress-free, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. It was refreshing to work with such a caring, considerate, and professional team.
We ended up purchasing our camper that same day and couldnāt be happierānot just with our purchase, but with the entire experience. We would highly recommend Alpin Haus to anyone looking for a family-friendly, calm, and welcoming environment. We truly look forward to working with them again in the future!

The staff was very forthcoming and kept in contact and/or responded quickly. They helped us with all of our options after dealing with the company/competition that put us in the predicament that we were in. Service dealt with the warranty company quickly. Will get our next camper from Alpin Haus for sure!
