SERVICE IS THOROUGH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL
Bottom line: we dropped our motorhome off 1 June 2025 to have the stabilizer jack system repaired. I said after my own troubleshooting that the main solenoid needed to be replaced. In early July we picked the motorhome up so we could go on a planned camping trip. The motorhome had not been repaired and we were told the hydraulic pump needed to be replaced and the part had to be authorized by the extended warranty company to which we payed $9,000 for coverage. Mid July the pump came in and we were to drop the motorhome off on a Thursday and pick it up repaired on Friday. The pump was not the problem, it was the solenoid like I originally said in late May when I made the 1 June appointment. I was told they were ordering the solenoid and it was a quick fix, so we dropped the motorhome off early July. When is stopped by in person on 30 July, the part not only hadn’t been ordered, but it hadn’t been estimated, and the estimate had to be authorized by the warranty company. I was told they would work on it. After texting and calling for over 10 days I was finally told everything was ordered and authorized and the part would be at the shop on 12 August and ready for pick up on 13 August, we picked it up on 14 August, 75 days after we first dropped it off and 90 days from when we called regarding the problem. The people at AlpinHaus are great, but this incident is not acceptable.
To make it right I think I will need to have an experience where the service goes above and beyond my expectations, the issue be fixed the first time, and I pick up my repaired motorhome within the time estimated.
Additionally, and I don’t know how I or if it is related, but now my motorhome pulls heavy to the right. It almost seems like while testing the jack system, the front right suspension system lost a shim or fell out of alignment. The motorhome pulls so hard to the right that if you take your hand off the steering wheel the motorhome will veer immediately to the right.
I am hesitant to bring it back in to be checked out as we have 4 planned trips in the next three months and it is very inconvenient to drop off and pick up the motorhome every time we want to use it or a part comes in.
I would like to single out one of your Technicians, Chris, for finding an intermittent electrical issue with our bathroom lights. He was persistent in searching for a root cause, and after taking apart many components, tracked down a wire junction in the ceiling. He was able to bypass and rewire the wire leading to bathroom. This corrected the issue. 
The customer care folks were friendly, and thorough, walking through the process and potential costs. Highly recommend!

Since June 21, 2025 my air conditioner has been broken. I have had 5 technicians, dozens of phone calls and text messages all to no avail. Today, a brand new air conditioner was installed and it also does not work. I am desperately trying to make sense of this and cannot. Calls to Derek and Nick didn't help at all. I have made myself sick over this. Sleepless nights, depending on the goodness of others for comfort. I'm tired and I have run out of patience. Next step....BBB

Always used Amsterdam and had good luck but now live much closer to Saratoga. Extremely helpful and friendly service. Knowledgeable service people determined to make things right. Dealing with our warranty work they have gone above and beyond.
Love how everyone rolled out the red carpet for our buying experience. From the moment we arrived everyone was helpful. Don our Salesman went above and beyond. Will come back when we are ready for our next camper.
Road call service is way out of whack.you made 2 trips. 1st for diagnosis and second one scheduled when you have part. 2 trips = 432.00 for part that cost about 70.00.
1st visit took about half hour.
Part replacement will take about 15 minutes
  Absolutely ridiculous but you got me through " forever warranty. Road visit has more then doubled since I purchased trailer. 
Saratogas staff is very professional, knowledgeable. They always complete my services on time and the camper is always ready to go when I pick it up. I highly recommend Saratoga for service as well as sales

Overall the level of service and communication has improved significantly over the past couple of years. This year was the best so far. Theresa provided clear information. The only minor hiccup was I had to call back to get my receipt emailed to me.
Felt rushed. Didn’t get the information I needed to operate my RV. Was told they were giving it away. Middletown is short staffed and poorly managed. Middletown cost alpine haus return customers. This was our second experience and probably our last time with alpine haus. Quick to sign the paperwork and make you feel like a burden when you wish to get the service you were expecting.
We have been customers for a few years now and while our service department in Wilton is top notch IN PERSON I can NEVER reach the service department via phone. This has been a problem since we bought our camper. I try first thing in the morning, middle of day and end and no one ever answers. I have to drive over every time to speak to someone since no one answers and the major of the time when I get there, there aren't customers in service and no one is on the phone tying up the lines. Front desk person iisnt on phone either. I've mentioned this several times and it's never resolved. Text messages use to work to service but now go unanswered. When you physically drive over service people are great. I shouldn't have to drive over to tell them my door combo or something else that literally takes 2 seconds to say.
Thank you for fixing our trailer. We’re incredibly grateful. Next time we trailer shop, we will be going to the Saratoga Alpin Haus. Your customer service is top notch.

I really like your products. Their service is fantastic. If you have a 10:00 appointment they are working on your unit at 10:00 if not before.
I am not happy With my class B, I was overcharged more than double of what it was worth it was a $74,000 camper! I was charged over 140,000, I was pushed and forced through the sale. I paid $1,500 to be shown how to use it I didn't know how to start it when we left and now I cannot and get in touch with anyone they will not return my calls and I have been trying to settle this problem. I had a 77,000 trade in someone needs to get in touch with me please I do not want to start legal process! I am willing to have it replaced with $130,000 camper but my patience is wearing.
