Alpine Haus was a wonderful experience, nothing like another dealer I went to. Staff was VERY knowledgeable and helpful, spent a lot of time with me, and no pressure, and reasonable prices. I'm really happy with the RV I got, and they went over everything on it with me since I never had an RV before.

We have had to frequent the maintenance department more than we care to, however the repairs done have been accomplished by professionals. From our service advisor Dave B., To mechanics Eric and Bill A. to the always helpful receptionist and the people that work in the store everyone without exception has been professional and helpful!!! It is refreshing to know that customers are truly appreciated.
We absolutely LOVED our experience at Alpin Haus RV. We came in not knowing for sure what we wanted but Steve listened to all our wants and needs and started showing us travel trailers we could afford not what was high dollar fancy. The entire crew from initial walk in the door to our final sit down with the business manager on pick up day was smooth, calm and made this whole experience fantastic.
We have been in our trailer for a week now and have ZERO regrets. Emailing parts and service and Steve makes those last minute "oh crap" concerns so less stressful because the Alpin Haus team has our back.

Provide a battery box at no charge as other dealers do. Also most dealers provide a battery with the box.
Very Happy with our 2027 Grand Design Imagine 22MLE. It was a great experience working with our salesman Dave and the rest of the team at Alpin Haus. We will no doubt be returning in the future. I highly recommend giving Alpine a look if you're in the market for an RV.
Service department is very good and knowledgeable.
Huge thanks to Morgan and Theresa for getting our Grand Design back on the road! We had a dangerous suspension failure due to loose U-bolts, which ended up damaging all four brakes, drums, and leaf springs. Morgan did a fantastic job navigating the warranty process to get everything fully approved by Grand Design, and Theresa kept us in the loop every step of the way. Excellent communication and service during a high-stress repair.
Alpin Haus had the model with the options we wanted in a travel camper on site. We had researched a number of dealers and chose them because of the location, but were very pleased with the team there and that is why we purchased the camper during our first visit.
We highly recommend them.

We have looked for a travel trailer for a long time and always went back to Jayco. The model was just perfect for us. Salesperson was knowledgeable and not pushy. Overall great experience.
Sale went well, and we're very happy with our camper. However, once we needed Service, the response to my calls was sluggish, i.e. it took several calls/messages until I got a call back... just needed to hear status if our work was done. This has been a persistent problem for us. Even when they are busy, it takes 2 minutes to call me back and leave a message, or even text.
