Makes life easier for needed service or parts. Flexable service schedule
We brought our RV in for initial service early June and had a terrible service experience. A manager called us to explain our poor review and he assured us there was a communication issue that would be dealt with and to please give us another chance. We did so and dropped our camper off on 9/15 with a list of several things we wanted addressed while the RV was still under warranty. That list included operation of the leveling system, compartment lock, interior button missing, bed support, and options for how to install wiring for a satelite dish. I called weekly for updates. The first time I received a response was on 9/30 which I was told the lock was being installed that day and they couldnt find a problem with the leveling system. They would run a few more tests with it. I called a week later, no response. Finally got a response on 10/9 that the lock would be installed that day (I was told it was to be installed on 9/30) and still no problem with leveling. We were told we could pick it up. We went on 10/14 to pick up and were told we owed $250 for addl testing, which we refused to pay. We were told the bed support was denied and we had previously said if that was the case, please order and we will pay out of pocket. That was not completed. No mention of the button or satellite connection. We agreed to give them another chance and it was the same lack of communication, a lack of courtesy to return phone calls and a month with our RV and all our concerns were not addresed. Simply unacceptable.
sALES AND SERVICE WERE TOPNOTCH. ESPECALLY GEOFF SMITH.
Service is very good. My only complaint is that your repair/maintenance charges are high. I will have to start doing more of the work myself. Too expensive.
If it was up to me, I would let people know that the products and services are top line for alpenhouse.\n If it was up to me, I would make sure that everyone that has campers would go to alpenhouse and get the products they need, there Little store has many things that other places. Don't they have kind people? They have people that will help you with anything that you need. Other places just want the money and not
Alpn house are your friends, your colleagues?\n There are people to be there to take care of things even though you're not there if you need help with. Fixing your RV if you're at a campground. They're, therefore you, they help you out. They give you the kindness that you deserve. Other places aren't as lucky. You know where to go. I find it a home away from home. You can too the end.
I was not happy with the service I received this time. First nobody answers the phones - even weeks before my scheduled appointment. I brought the RV in for winterization, an oil change, a new awning and I mentioned that I needed a battery because mine was bad. I was assured that they could replace the battery. They had fixed the rear right corner a couple of years ago but it was coming apart again. They were supposed to fix that as well but gave me some strange excuse about they were scared that the screws wouldn't hold so they did nothing. Now I might face moisture getting into the section that has separated over the winter. I also told them that my engine light was on and if they could look into that. I informed them that I needed the RV by Friday. I understood that there was no way that they could complete the awning since it would need to be ordered, and I wasn't expecting it to be completed. I had called numerous times during the week, many times leaving a message, but nobody ever called me back. I did receive a call about the awning once and was promised a call back as to the status of the work but never received the call. I had to drive over there,10 miles each way in order to be able to talk to anybody. I was assured that the work could be done by Friday afternoon. I came to pick it up, but they were not done with it. I waited awhile... maybe 45 minutes to an hour. When it was finally "completed" I paid and went out to leave, but it would not start. Not only was the chassis battery not replaced as promised, but it was also completely dead. Now both RV batteries were dead as well, and the booster wouldn't even work to start it! I had to leave and come back hours later, paying over $700 for three batteries. By not it was getting close to dark. When I arrived at the camp the awning arm was loosely zip tied and sticking out. The check engine light is still on and I was told they don't deal with chassis work.. But since the owners of the campground were hanging around waiting for me I wasn't able to stop at Auto Zone to have them check it since it was getting so late and dark. There was antifreeze spilled on the kitchen counter that wasn't wiped up. I'm not sure even a rating of 4 wasn't too high!! The gentleman at the desk was very courteous, apologetic and helpful, but it doesn't excuse the horrible service I received from the working crew.
Jonathan is an asset to your company. Professional and honest. Just the person to head up your parts/service department.
Alpin Haus has always been a great place to go when you have issues with your camper trailer. The service people are very friendly and helpful.
Friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please staff who make you feel confident about their products.
Helpful !
Please do not require partial payment for work done when you have our trailer at your facility. This is ludicrous. We have been good customers since purchasing our trailer from Garlick. Your service department has been less than professional to us in the past. The Sales department is phenomenal with their customer retention skills. The manager understood exactly our problem and corrected by becoming our point of contact for any Alpine Haus needs. Every time your service advisors get involved there is a concern.
Your Service manager Chris has been very helpful throughout our relationship

We liked the price of the RV we purchased and the employees that we dealt with. Jason our sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with Keith.
Allow you to drop off your RV on a Saturday.
Rusty, in the service department, is wonderful!
This is truly a top notch dealership, with comprehensive, friendly service! I did not feel pressured and every detail was taken care of. They even made me a cheeseburger for lunch while I went through my RV onboarding process!
Super helpful!
The service department took care of the items needing repair and worked to cover items through our service contract
Russ, my advisor, was very helpful. He took an interest in my camping history, and suggested season ending services that Alpin Haus offers.
I always enjoy my time at Alpin Haus!
Always had great service and everything handled very professionally.
There is no high pressure sales here. The Customer Service here is excellent! The first time we visited , it was at the end of the day and in the pouring rain. Asa went above and beyond and spent time with us looking at 5 units after closing. We took 2 years and visited many dealerships. We researched alot of options and had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for. Alpin Haus was very good at listening to us and helping us move forward with our preferences. In addition they were extremely helpful with securing financing for our RV with very good rates. George and Keith were very accommodating with getting all of our questions answered and made the closing very easy!
Sales and Service people are great to work with
We were very thankful for the call and apology from Rich Hatala after we were extremely disappointed about some of warranty work and the length of time it took to get results. We have delt with Alpin Haus for over 50 years and this was the first time we felt no one was listening to us. Because of his call we will continue to work with them when we need a new RV (not right away- this one isnt broke in yet!). We are still disappointed the manufactures no longer provide a owners manual for new motor homes- and realize that puts a lot of questions and problem solving back to the dealership.
