Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Service does an amazing job keeping me in the loop on the progress of any service work I have done. I enjoyed working with Mike W on service and Jeff and Kayleigh in the accessories store. They always have everything I need to go camping and have a great time!

I worked with Scott. He was great explaining any concerns and made sure he got me into the right travel trailer for me. I was able to leave with my new trailer confident. I will be recommending Alpin Haus to others and will be coming by again when I'm ready for another

Someone pee'd in my rv and did not flush it and my entire toilet and toilet seat were covered in MOLD! My RV was onsite at Alpin Haus to get fixed, literally MORE than 3 WEEKS before anyone told me I had to pay prior to the work being completed. I missed TWO campaing trips and had to pay for a hotel for 2 nights and lost money on my RV site reservations becaue you guys had my RV for FOUR WEEKS in peak travelling season. I use to work there and I will NEVER, EVER go back to Alpiun Haus again. They were going to install a strap on my canopy and they never even ordered the part! I'm very disappointed.

Staff was very informative and helpful with making are R.V purchase comfortable.

Alpin Haus Service Department has always been fantastic! No problem scheduling, they go above and beyond to make sure everything gets done, and our RV is ready on time.
We've used them for the last several years and have always been satisfied.

Knowledge

I bought an RV second hand privately. Although I did not buy it from them, their service department was very helpful getting me familiar with this RV. They fixed a couple of things already. Great folks and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Alpin Haus!

To trailers since 79 and I have purchased 3 units from Alpenhaus. Very happy with them.

There have been a few issues with our trailers that we purchased from you, but you come out promptly and deal with the issues, so we have been recommending you to all our campers who are in the market for new trailers or RVs.

My RV had an issue with the microwave coming away from the upper cabinet.
I was given an appointment according to my travel schedule. I was brought into service at my 8 am appointment time and out by 8:40am.
I so appreciate the prompt service.

I recently purchased a Forrest River Rockwood Geopro 20FBS from blue compass RV and have had nothing but issues with service. dozens of calls to the dealership without calls back and being quoted 2month turn around times on warranty claims. im also 3 months into owning my camper and im still waiting on a license plate as my information was sent to the wrong state ..... twice. After speaking with Jess in the service department at Aplin Haus i could already tell just from a quick phone call that i was in good hands. I dropped my camper off on a Saturday for service on Monday and they were able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue with my fridge. She even went the extra mile to speak to Forrest river and got my claim completely covered under warranty. When its time to upgrade to our next travel trailer i will 100% be going to Aplin Haus. I sent you photos of the improper installation of the fuse on the exterior frame of the new Travel Lite Rove Lite trailer I purchased in June. I described the problem. I spoke with someone by phone. I said that if you just send me the part (maybe worth $20.00?) I will install it. I am currently out of stae on a one week vacation. I will be returning this weekend. Poor service apparently not enough service technicians

The corner of rv molding cracked and there needed to be larger screws placed to hold rv together. The cracked corner cover was not replaced . There are holes in the recalkiing. We were charged 186.00 for a screw and a bit of caulk. That was labor. I thought I was paying for new molding and a corner piece for that price. I was charged $186 for a 5 minute job. I need to drive the rv back and hope that it gets fixed correctly without a chance of water damage.

We made our appt. In October to deliver the trailer directly to Middletown AH so that we could get through floor fixed before our camping starts in May. We lost 2 deposits, your fork lift broke everything stopped. Said they could reserve a spot on June 4. I said no we need the RV. AH put a temporary fix on the floor and we were gone for 2 weeks. Return trip and appointment resolved the problem and 10k spent.All parts we received by you in a short time so basically you held our RV 2 months plus another trip to get it fixed. I have not responded to this in a timely fashion because the whole ordeal upsets me.

We brought our trailer in for service at the end of June 2026. It was for the furnace not working properly. It wouldn't stay lit. Waited 2 weeks to be told they can't find out why it didn't work. We came and picked it up for another trip and return it after that trip in July 2026. Which I asked for them to check the thermostat because the air conditioning didn't work properly either. It was gone again for another 2 to 3 weeks. I heard from Theresa who said they were waiting for a new thermostat. Only to find out that the part had been sitting there for a bit... no one knew who the part belonged to. Picked up the second weekend in August. When we came to pick it up.. they left tools inside it (which I returned to the main desk in the showroom). They had taken a drawer out put left it sitting on the bench. Overall, it was good service. (We only wish they had taken better care of the camper...removing of tools and replacing the drawer). And yes we tested it before we left to make sure the furnace was working.

I have bought 2 campers from Alpin Haus plus they have done repair work on a Jayco I bought elsewhere. I find them easy to deal with and accomodating. I have never had a bad experience.

They are very attentive, knowledgeable and fair.

Rusty is very good . Works hard for his customers .
