The Staff especially Theresa in service
We brought our 5th wheel to Alpin Haus Amsterdam on Oct. 3rd to get the floor repaired once again. Since we heard nothing about the schedule of the repair, the only way I could get an update was to repeatedly call the Service Advisor. I called every 7 to 10 days and got voicemail more times than not. When I did speak to him, it was a call he returned that I had initiated. In several of those calls, the Service Advisor said that he would get back to me in a couple days. This never happened, which left me no choice but to reach out to him again. This went on for months. Our Service Advisor did a fair job in this situation, but it comes down to overall communication, or the lack of. We have found that this lack of communication is not only limited to the Service Department, but throughout the whole company. This is not my idea of good customer service.
I had a problem with my RV and the staff at AlpenHaus were amazing…
They were welcoming and efficient w/check-in through check-out!

So the service dept. is amazing. Rob the manager out in the shop is extremely helpful and he answers questions & concerns honestly. He goes to bat for you & goes the extra mile. Jim the service manager wants to keep his customers happy and will also go the extra mile for warranty work & try’s to work with the customer .
Excellent team in your service department. They communicated well and did a great job on my RV roof replacement.
I would really like to thank Teresa Pingitore in the Service Department. She is always great to work with and always available if I’m having issues with my RV (2023 Grand Design 278 BH). Recently she helped me with an insurance claim to get my roof fixed. I couldn’t ask for better service.

I needed to have some warranty work and a winterization on my RV and couldn’t possibly be happier with the service.
Steve was a gentleman and he put me in touch with Natasha who was amazing to deal with. She contacted me every couple of days to let me know where we were at with the warranty claim and the parts delivery. That level of communication is priceless.
You have a very happy and permanent customer here.
If I had to pick on something the rates are a little on the high side, but I guess that’s how our economy is nowadays.
I would highly recommend alpenhouse to anyone their services are very good. Their people are very nice. I'm working with Teresa re hamping my motor home, the servicemen are very helpful. Anyone there would be able to fix any problem that you have? They offer for motorhome or trailers, a mouse service. I put it on my motorhome, and it worked very well, got rid of the rodents that come in that field and I would highly recommend that service to anyone anyone with a motor home that would deal with that sort of set up If it was up to me, I would give\n Alpin house RV75 stars the end.
Our salesman George was extremely friendly and engaged with our daughter while shopping which you don't really see anymore. Everyone was very accommodating to our busy schedule and allowed us to take our time making a decision. We even received a special teddy bear which was a really cute touch. I would certainly recommend buying from this team.
Chris was super helpful when we needed a repair on our camper. My husband and I had missed a step while winterizing, which caused out hot water tank to crack. He explained exactly what went wrong showed us how to do it properly in the future and quickly ordered and replaced the part. Great service and very professional - highly recommend
Chris and Jake were very responsive to my questions. This used camper checks all the boxes for us and we look forward to camping season!!
