We are very happy with your service. All your sales people and technicians are friendly and helpful. They go well out of their way to explain and answer your questions. They have an enormous amount of inventory and can match you up with the best available RV’s.
They stand behind their products and communicate relatively well and keep you informed as to what’s happening and you can work with them
The whole process of purchasing our camper was enjoyable. We were shown great hospitality and everyone we interacted with was very accommodating.
No one ever answers the phone in service dept

Teresa is Great in service!!
Our salesman Art Cooper made the trading in of our travel trailer for a new 5th wheel a " family like " experience. No pressure, fully attentive, answered all our questions honestly.
My wife & I felt like we friends with Art for many years! We've been dealing with Alpin Haus since 2016 and would recommend them to everyone! If you're in the Saratoga region, go see our friend Art, you'll be glad you did!!!
God Bless!

Kay in the parts department is another awesome team member. Just getting to know her this season, has gone above & beyond whenever I needed parts. Always helpful and courteous.
THANK YOU to the whole team for taking such good care of us!
God bless Y'all!!!!
Our experience at Alpin Haus from start to finish was awesome. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and schedule. We felt very well taken care of and feel our future needs, whatever they may be, will be met as well.
Whenever there is a problem I can count on the technicians at Alpin Haus to get things in order.

Do you REALLY WANT TO KNOW? We are very frustrated. It took almost a year before someone said THIS WEEK "we don't do tires" after returning over and over for a tire that lost air on the day we drove it off the lot and we kept stopping to get air put in it as someone at the dealership had suggested it was the seal with the rim and the tire. Today once again it was in for service and they found a screw in the tire and we are told you need to take it to a tire place as we don't do tires... WHY DIDNT SOMEONE TELL US THAT FROM THE BEGINNING. We wanted to go cross country this year but with that lousy tire we didn't dare. So tomorrow we have an appointment to get it fixed 10 miles from home- whereas we were traveling over 40 miles to Amsterdam one way. It seems to us most of the time our camper has been driven was back and forth to Amsterdam plus our 3 camping adventures.
Then my grandson came to visit us in Tupper Lake this fall and immediately figured out what was wrong our door that would not stay closed and we had to keep it closed with a 2x4 when we took it home and we had to SLAM AND SLAM it to shut it all summer not to mention my wife after hand surgery could not get the door open- (not to mention the tenters next to us wanted to kill us as we were waking them up). On delivery the guy who walked us thru (another story) tried to fix the lock and we thought he had it fixed but all winter the coach was in storage at our house with a 2x4 keeping the door closed so the animals didnt move in as we would look out and even though it was locked- there was the coach door wide open. In the spring the latch was replaced but we still had problems- our grandson says this fall "your door is bowed that's why you cant shut it properly, so with that info they finally fixed it just this week.... anyway we hope its fixed.
AND NO OWNERS MANUAL OR NO WAY TO PRINT ONE WE CAN FIND. WE WOULDNT HAVE HAD TO MAKE ALL THOSE CALLS FOR HELP THEN WAIT HOURS FOR REPLYS WHILE DRY CAMPING IF WE HAD SOMETHING TO REFER TO.
Our first trip this May it turns out someone turned the water lines off to the fresh water tank and we could not figure out how to fill the tank- took 2 days for it to be figured out after sending pictures of the plumbing under the bed to service (and why the heck didnt they put some type of gas struts to hold the bed up as it was not fun trying to lift it, hold it up and take pictures in the wilderness) finally we get water as the water lines were in the off position THEN we find out whoever winterized it left off the plug to the hot water tank and water was pouring out one side while we are putting it in the other side and we ended up doing 3 runs to the nearest hardware store in the Adirondacks to cob job up something to stop the water from pouring out. and why does it take over and hour to fill the water tank 3/4 full? And where is the low point drain? NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO TELL US THAT- so we don't dare use the water for anything but flushing the toilet and doing dishes as who knows what's in that tank after being in there all summer especially being so hot. is it to force us to bring it in for winterization as who knows how to do that???? WHAT WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT? A PRINTED OWNERS MANUAL WHICH WE KEEP ASKING FOR AND EVEN SENT EMAILS TO FOREST RIVER TO NO AVAIL PLUS SEARCHED THE INTERNET BUT WHAT WE FOUND IS GENERIC MANUALS THAT ARE 200 PLUS PAGES OF NOTHING. We dry camp most of the year and there is no internet so don't tell us to look it up on line and try to read it on our cell phones - we are almost 79 (next month) and we cant read small print on a phone with our bifocals.
We had the slide take out the drawer knob next to it the very first time we put out the slide in the bedroom and service put a new knob on it. THEN WE CAME HOME AND PUT A MAGNET ON THE DRAWER TO KEEP IT IN as you cant see it while putting out the slide. THEN we put out the bedroom slide the next trip and it snaps off the trim along the bottom WE BROUGHT IT HOME - WE used a plainer to smooth out the ripples along the bottom of the trim that caught the top of the base and used decent screws to put it back on. Friday work at the factory?? Then the window shade over the bed worked itself out so WE put a anchor in the wall and put it back together. Our Grandson fixed the shade behind the TV as it was so tight we could not lift it and had trouble pulling it down and was told by service "dont worry about it its under warranty" OUR GRANDSON got a screwdriver and took it apart and fixed it so we can both put it up and down,
A manual of some type would help to figure out how to hook up the TV to be able to use it and what ever that is on the ceiling for wi-fi. we have no clue.
We were also told our 1 year warranty is almost up as we bought it when we brought our previous camper in for oil change, inspection and winterization. LESSON LEARNED DONT BUY UNTIL YOU'RE READY TO FLY....and camp out at the dealership for a day or two trying stuff out and pray you dont get the guy who never does the walk thru but was pulled from service to do us and laughingly said that very day "I bet you have buyers remorse" especially when we found out we dont really have an awning BUT A SUN SHADE- any sign of wind or rain put it in -WHAT?? STILL ANGRY ABOUT THAT WHAT A PIA as our table usually goes under that along with our bikes to be protected from the rain. No more - now we had to buy a screen house to struggle to put up and down to put that stuff in as when does the wind not blow across the lake???

Bought a brand new Imagine camper a month ago. Drove 3 1/2 hours to pick it up. It had a bad led strip light on the front. They told me they would mail me a new one that i said i would replace. They called me and told i need to send the old broken one back before they sent me the new one. I told them i am not taking the old one off until i get the new one then i would mail the old broken one back. I have not heard another word back from them.
You could ask a customer prior to finalizing paperwork if they want to purchase their own battery or better yet include a battery in the purchase of a brand new camper. We were dropped into your sales area and told we had financed an extra $300 toward a battery and then a lithium battery would cost over $600(which we actually needed). The same battery sells for $180 on Amazon. Also, after expressing we wanted the camper we were left standing in the lobby for 45 minutes, not knowing what was going on. Although the people are very nice, fine tuning your process in this regard would be beneficial. Lastly, we paid $1500 for a prep fee and several
things were wrong with the camper when we got home! Again, people were very nice but you definitely need fine tuning in certain areas.
Alex is the main reason we would recommend or purchase from Alpin.
Paid $190 for a diagnosis and was told you could not get the part. I found the part myself. Was told to fix it myself.
All was wonderful!
Service department is great. Thank you Rusty.
Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Friendly employees and service
Very friendly customer service and good service on our camper
Every one is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very willing to answer my questions.
Your staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Your service staff is awesome.
Service was completed as expected and on time
I brought you my 2022 Geotgetown 31 L motorhome, that I bought there, to have the roof washed, winterized, and change oil in the generator. I got a call from the tech working on the generator, he said would not change oil because it was not working correctly. It worked when we brought it there, now it does not work at all. It only idles and makes no electricity at all. We await Monday when we will be able to contact someone in service dept.
Alpin Haus service department has always done a terrific job of maintaining my RV. I just had my unit in for annual maintenance and they found a problem that would have caused a catastrophe. So heartfelt thanks to the service department for finding that out.
I will continue to use them, and recommend them to others.
Friendly staff and very helpful.
