All our service calls have been handled quickly and efficiently when the tech’s come across a problem we have been quickly notified and the problem taken care of with minimal fuss to the customer
Your service department did a terrible repair after telling me they would replace the full panel on a brand new RV they slice the panel cut out a section. Service manager agreed that was not appropriate I’ve left four messages with no return call. Not a very good customer service experience after the sale. This would affect my recommending you to further friends to purchase from your dealership
Alpin Haus has been really good to deal with regarding Storage and repair, The Sales people at Port Jervis have been great as well.
We just bought our RV. Steve our salesman has been wonderful!! We want to see how things go with your service department as the battery not holding a charge. We are storing it there as well. If all goes well then I would recommend to friends and family definitely.

Brought out motorhome to your Amsterdam location for winterization and a warranty inspection. Both handled very efficiently and Victor (service department) advised me on how to upload my inspection document. Very pleased with your service and so happy we purchased from Alpin Haus.
This is the first experience I have had with Alpin Haus. The sales person Charles Weitz was great. He was very responsive to my calls, text messages, and emails; addressed all my questions and concerns promptly throughout the process; and also made helpful suggestions. Charles showed me that he was very knowledgable about the trailer (Rpod 180 then ultimately 171), confident in the quality of the product and the service your dealership offers, that it would be a good fit for what I was looking for, and that he wanted to make sure I am happy with the purchase. The tech person Lance was also great - he was very patient and explained lots of details clearly during the training session. Everyone at your dealership was friendly and helpful, Jake, Jim, the gentleman at the store (who explained to us the different options of surge protector and also generators), and the receptionist. A really great experience.
The exterior wash/cleaning missed a lot of bugs on the front. It was very noticeable in the direct sunlight when I got it into storage. Pretty disappointing.

For the last 2 years we have asked for a light switch to be looked at at the rear of our camper. Overtime about every 3 months the on / off switch turned black. Smells like grease. Last year service department just cleaned it. This year service department said it looks like mouse feces, and left the switch dirty. I really don’t think the problem is taken care of.
We are so grateful to your awesome team. It was a long wait for our Jayco travel trailer but the delivery experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you Kelly, Chris, Nick and Dennis!

We have been very happy with the people and service!
Our 5th wheel was in for service last week and the department seemed to lose track of the fact that we were waiting for it….embarrassing for them, irritating for us. However, to their credit, they made it right by providing a complimentary service call to our home for a minor fix that the annual warranty inspection revealed was necessary. Very considerate. Personal touch always counts.
