My batteries were supposed to be reconnected after storage and they were supposed to make sure my electric jack worked they didn’t do either there was a technician that tried to help us do on Saturday when we picked up the trailer kudos to him for trying. He wasn’t successful but it’s the fact he tried. This is something that was on the service order and I personally was disappointed that they didn’t do it.
I purchased a fifth wheel RV at Alpin Haus and it was a pleasure. My salesman Art Cooper was very helpful in finding me the right unit. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and patient as this is our first RV so I had plenty of questions. The price I was quoted was the price I paid with not run around or push up selling. Thank you to everyone at Alpin Haus, Saratoga from Sal Assante and family.
Charge A fair price for things and not rip people off.
Took forever to get our new awning 7 months, and then when we did get it, it wasnt the color we wanted and it had holes in it. New awning is going to take 2 months to get. All the employees are great, very nice. They do try everything to get things right.

We tried to make things right, but you didn’t want to. You decided the almighty dollar was worth more than a loyal customer. Through this process, we found out the brand new camper we purchased… not even taken possession of yet…. Not done walkthrough as new owners…. Still on your property… never been taken anywhere and yet we find out this camper we purchased lost over $20,000 in value….and we still haven’t received it yet….. absolutely disappointing…. Disgusted….. frustrated…. So no we would not recommend you as we don’t want to put bad business to others….
After taking time off from work and driving 2 hrs to pick up our new RV…. it wasn’t ready!!! And this was after I had called the day before to ask if it was ready. Now I’m told the agreed upon pinbox isn’t available and we’re getting one that is $700 cheaper and doesn’t have shock absorption!!!
To make things right, we want the agreed upon pinbox and a FaceTime call with Blake to review that all open issues are resolved before we come back up to pick up the new unit.
Could have told us or called us the nys inspection could not be done with the dewinterized and forever warranty so we could had made a decision to reschedule appt to get everything completed together that we asked.

Service is very good
Work not completed as stated. My card on file (from 5 years ago) was charged hours before I actually picked my trailer up without my permission first. Questionable business practice. Refund to my account was not the full amount agreed to. A very unsatisfactory experience. I will avoid bringing business to Alpin Haus Saratoga in the future.

I am new to owning a travel trailer and pretty good at self learning and watching YouTube videos .  I felt , however that my hitch distribution was off. I’m  Taking my family cross country this summer and felt better if a professional looked at and made some adjustments as I wanted a perfect fit. 
No offense to the tech who came out to look at it but he said thar alpin house  doesn’t use the recurve  brand hitch and he’s not that familiar with it. He recommended I look at you tube videos 
Long story short, I paid $111 for less than 10 minutes, to then go home and watch the same YouTube video I had watched before but wanted a pro to fix for me. Then I adjusted myself and I’m still not 100% confident it’s set perfectly but This is that best I can do myself. If you guys can’t/won’t work on a product you are uncomfortable with this is fine by me but don’t charge me that much money to tell me that I’m a couple minutes.  
My recent service appointment was good but my initial check-in for the appointment was very stressful. After confirming the appointment by phone in advance twice the preceding week and driving almost 2 hours for the appointment, I was told due to staffing issues, they could not fit me in that day. Further, the service rep said he had tried several times to reach me to reschedule the appointment but I had never received a voicemail on any of our phones. It worked out fine in the end but the initial experience was very upsetting.

This is the second rv I've purchased from Alpin Haus and the entire process from the time I walked in the front door till I left was outstanding. The entire staff was knowledgeable and professional and very friendly. I am absolutely going to recommend Alpin Haus to anyone that is looking for an rv.
overall we had a great experience. Greg was a great representative who sold us our RV. I also want to think be Alpin Haus for allowing us to keep our RV at their location during the winter months.
Naturally purchasing something that is somewhat foreign to us can be intended aching experience. I personally think that when the car is actually picked up the formality of education could have been upgraded to be more dynamic and inclusive. Lance was excellent in his knowledge basebut the hands on learning did not instill much confidence in us. It
Also it did not appear as if our RV was detailed as we anticipated. This was disappointing. There are some tears in our material and what appears to be silicone stains on the countertop. Overall the floor was not cleaned in general
The staff is knowledgeable of the campers they sell. That’s a big plus in my book. Due to their size that have the financing lined up and buy power like the big box stores but have the momma and pop feel. Not pushing like the others. Just an all round nice experience.

The sales force is friendly and helps customers make the “right selection” for them. Instead of a high pressure sales approach, they have worked with us to make sure we get a rig that we will feel comfortable in. 
The entire staff has been open and honest with us. There was a problem getting the correct hitch and everyone at Alpin Haus bent over backwards to remedy the situation. We will be picking up our new rig tomorrow!
