We needed a new motor home that had a propane refrigerator and overall height less than 12 ft. 11 in. Alpin Haus had a Georgetown G5 to fit the need. We met Charles Weitz, a really knowledgeable and well trained salesperson, as good as we had ever met. After some negotiating, we made a deal. Then we met Kyle Smith, a well trained person on the business and financial part of the deal. He too was very satisfactory. The whole perchase process was made as good as possible. Then after a few days preping our new coach, we got an extensive demonstration of all the features

In the end I was pushy enough to get what I needed, but on 2 different occasions their service department is difficult. They must be overworked as they try to push stuff off to others or tell you to wait months for service, because I’m not a vip member, whatever that even means.

Service, repairs, were not done correctly. Prices to winterize and wheel bearings are way out of line. Supervision in the service department is nonexistent.
Bring back the lifetime warranty! Reinstate it for those who have already purchased.

You offer a great product and the folks at Oak Ridge are the best to purchase from. They are friendly, honest, down to earth and will not steer you wrong. They know what the best product is for their customers. Justin Christ is the General Manager and he always takes care of his customers. Mike is a salesman and will put you in the right unit. Dennis handles financing and is the best. Alpin Haus Oak Ridge is the crew.

Alpin Haus Sales and Service has been excellent. We purchased a 2023 Imagine 2970RL and had Alpin Haus install two higher capacity vent fans. In addition, Alpin Haus transported and set up the unit as our seasonal site in Berkshire County, MA. Throughout the entire process, Don Terpening, Alpin Haus Sales, did a great job working with us.
Regarding the Imagine 2970RL, the quality of the build is fantastic. It has a great set of features and plenty of storage space. The quality of the fan installations done by Alpin Haus is also great.
Finally, the Alpin Haus RV store is well stocked. This allowed us to get the key supplies needed for camping in the 2970RL.
Service department went out of their way to help us out so we could sell our RV to an interested party.
The service department made an exception to fix our refrigerator.
Yes service and product are and we’re great
When you call the service center they never answer the phone, and never call you back. I’ve been having an issue with my forever warranty and they have not called me back but when I called regarding needing service, they called me right back.
Support. Doesn’t matter if it’s from sales, or parts, or service, we had support from every direction!
Service staff was not friendly, let alone helpful, in fact they were adversarial, especially when they realized I was going to ask for a warrantee repair.
Fast appointment availability and communication
I have a forever warrantee and a component was bad on the refrigerator. I was told that they didn't make the component anymore and I would need to pay for it. Treay stated that I have to pay for it. I emailed him 2 times and he would not respond to me after I talked with him on the phone. I wanted to know the name of the part. Then Ron Craig got involved and I had Randy call me within 10 minutes. Now Randy stated that the eyebrow board had a sticky substance on it and they were going to submit it to Forever Warrantee but that I may need to cover some of the cost. Then 10 minutes later Jim called me and I stated to him that Randy told me there was some sticky substance on the board. I said to Jim that first of all the eyebrow board is embedded into the refrigerator and should be protected and I can't see how there could have been anything on it and second of all when they told me it was the eyebrow board days before they never indicated that there was any substance on it. Ron revied the case and I was told that they were going to replace the refrigerator. The other thing that I had done over the winter is a full roof reseal. When I got the camper back in April I looked at the roof. I was charged 280 for the labor of the roof reseal and it probably took them 10 minutes. It look like a child resealed it. I took pictures and sent them to Treay and told him to send them to his manager. Someone call me and said that the job they did was unacceptable and to bring the camper back and they would make it right. There is a lot of rework with the service and the service guys are always trying to push costs back on the customers. I think your people need to be trained in customer service and not always pushing back on what the customers are saying. I have told everyone about my terrible experience with this place!!
Happy with the help we received when our current TT had multiple issues including a leak and water damage and it was only a year when the issues started that we had it. Want to thank Derrick, Justin, Dennis and Mike M at the Oak Ridge location for all they're help in getting us into a new unit. They treated us like family especially when they saw the issues for themselves, thank you all!!!!
Excellent service and people
We like our Cedar Creek a lot. Also Service Technician, John Ross and Customer Service, Jennifer Downing were great to deal with.

They were extremely accommodating, got my trailer in very very quickly and worked with the manufacturer to fix the problem.
